most of my family members that are on the Sprint network received a text today stating that there was unusal credit activity and should call this number about an unrgent security issue .. number was disco'd before i could call back.. but looks like some " 800" company Neutouch provides service for this number. We have called Credit Union West (formerly known as Luke Federal Credit Union) and filed a complaint as they are a victim in this also. We are also alerting Sprint to this.

I have been receiving texts for this as well. I tried calling the number to tell them to stop texting me and it is out of service. I also got one for a 909 number. I am assuming it is a scam.

I did get thru to an automated system where the first thing that they asked for was my credit card #, no specific # just your credit card # I also presume this is a scam, I also reported it sprint and the Az attorny Gen.

received 1/24 a call on both my and my wife's cell phone...calling the 888 number back from both phones was a fast (circuit) busy....today it was recorded at being disconnected. is this a real alert we should be concerned about??

I have just gotten the second false call from the CUWest crtedit union, it has gone out to all the phones on my account. I tried to investigate and got no where. I too am reporting it to Sprint. Kerri

Got a text message stating it was from credit union west customer service. It said there was unusual activity on the account. Every time I called the number the line was busy and I got an incoming text at the same time saying the same thing.

Received a text message stating unusual activity from notify@cuwestonline.org// Credit Union West urgent account verify notification: unusual activity, call at 877-763-8199... Called the number and the recording is asking for the 16 digit credit card number or debit card. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! This is a scam, i recieved a similar text message a day earlier with a different number.
