i received  the same kind of call from them today.  did they serve you? they had a process server call my place of employment and he says he is serving papers tomorrow and i need to call this number.  can they actually come to my job?

called and said that I needed to sign papers wihin 24 hours.   when you call the number, they answer "filing".  they do not give a business name.

called and said they were serving me with court papers
