same as the others. i didn't receive a call either. $399.00 was debited from my account.scam. was not authorized by me, but they claim to have authorization on file. Made out to scuta company,landmark clearing on the back.

I was just wondering if anyone that this has happened to has a mortgage with Countrywide Home Loans. I know they had an executive selling personal info of customers. He was arrested and fired but maybe there's a linkto this.

No I didn't get a phone call either it was a check that was faxed into my bank withdrawing 399.00 frome SCUTA NETWORK. The signature says authorazation on file.Then on the back it says Landmark Clearing in the account number and signature area. This happened on Oct. 10,2008. The sad part is it took my house payment funds from me. Stupid Crooks. I pray it happens to them in exchange.

I believe this same company took 399.00 out of my account. What did you figure out about this company and did you get your money back.

Didnt get a call from the number, it was listed on the front of an unauthorized electronic check in the amount of 399.00. The check was made out to SCUTA Network, and the payee stamped on the back was Landmark Clearing. I have found several other posts all over this site regarding this issue, many listing different numbers. I thought I should add this one.
