I am responding to Second this. It looks like it's just a recording saying "Welcome to a new quarter, and congrats on your academic journey's."
If you aren't a student and are getting these calls, instead of coming to a website they will never see, how about you take 3 minutes to do some research, get their phone number, and have them remove your number as you aren't a student.

I am actually enrolled with Capella, this was a recorded message welcoming me to a new quarter and praising me on my academic success over the last year.

If they are calling you than a student might have given an incorrect number,changed numbers and never updated, or someone needs practice with data entry.  This is not a scam that I am aware of.

I got this call today while I was at work.  No message left.  Anyone know who it is?

I have received numerous 800 numbers calling me after someone called my cell phone from the University of the Rockies asking for a Nicole. I don't know a Nicole. Then this 888-227-3552 called asking for Nicole. I want them to stop calling. I noticed that several of the 800 numbers are from telecommunitcations and one from a telemarketer some are masked. I am on the DNC list. I hope they will stop calling.

Got the same message for a Nicole at  a university. They are calling my cell phone and I don't know a Nicole. I think this is a scam.
