don't know how they got my info but this PREMGRCY has now taken 2 months of 19.95 out of my bank--I just filed a complaint with the bank to get my funds back-

This is a SCAM NUMBER.  When I called a man answerd' "This is John".  When I questioned him as to why this phone number shows on our Credit Card along with a charge for $19.95.  He replied, "This is a car dealership, and I don't know why you're calling here, but I don't have time to waste talking with you, good-bye".  With that, he hung up the phone.  Since then I have tried unsuccessfully to call this number and get no answer.  I believe my husband who has dementia answered a phone call from a telemarketer and evidently gave out our cerdit card information.  Further, we have not received any kind of product for the $19.95 we were charged.  I'm calling the States Attorney General in our state today! DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING ANYONE CALLING FROM THIS NUMBER HAS TO SAY.  THEY WILL GET YOUR CREDIT CARD/BANK CARD INFO. AND RAPE YOU!

I have found a great way to stop these low life's. Go to small claims court, pay the 30 to 60 $$ to sue the advertising company. They will in turn have to pay hundreds of $$ for an attorney and will lose the case. you get your 30 to 60 $$ back plus the .20c you are out. This will STOP them from ever calling again..

Me too.  I'm reluctant to call them because then they'd have either my landline or cell phone number.  I'll just continue to ask AT&T for a credit whenever I get spam text messages.

Spam texting should be banned just like e-mail and phone spam.  As with the Do Not Call Registry, there should be a Do Not Text Registry, and I shall call my congressman to ask him to support any such legislation. Of course, the phone companies love these calls, since they get paid 20 cents in and out, so I'm sure there's a huge lobbying effort against controlling text spam.

I do not want telemarketers calling me or texting me which they did.  I am on the no call list.  they called from 408-624-7301 and told me to call them at 888-232-1533.

I received a taxt on my cell phone from 408-624-7301 re forclosed homes and telling me to call 1-888-232-1533.

I made it clear to them , don't call again
