Note: This line is answered by the Indiana Department of Homeland Security after hours, weekends, and holidays as they are manned 24/7, IDEM's offices are not. Tell IDHS that you want to report a spill to IDEM. They will ask you a few specific questions. Directly answer them. They do NOT need the whole story, since they can't solve your problem. The will have a trained IDEM responder call you back shorty to get more information and to help you with the spill. Thank You.
