Continually violate the Federal Trade Commission Fair Debt Collection Act. If you keep proper records of these calls you may be able to file suit. If you write to them to stop calling they must.

These people continuously harrass me even when I tell them I have no idea who they are looking for. They get nasty, hangup and call right back. I wish I could strangle whoever it is...but someone needs to do something

been calling me for months about an old account from 2000 that was written off my credit report in 2007! usually very early morning calls from someone who speaks very little english and then another in the afternoon at least 3 times a week. i dont answer anymore.

This year I have gotten lots of calls from diffrent type of 800 numbers. Most are sales calls so I assume this (888)234-9939 call came in. I did not answer because I am tired of taking sales calls. It went into my voicemail after second ring. No message was left but the "silent" message was about 1 min long with a background noise that sounded like someones home. It was also kind of scratchy quality. Not sure what this company is about? Why not leave a message?

number is connected to nations recovery center-collection agency-they had a employee arrested for impersonating a police offficer-the employee was arrested at NCR office located at 6491 peachtree industrial blvd atlanta ga 30360. NCR c.e.o. is paul bataillon and his home address is 5258 garnaby lane norcross ga 30092, his relative, also employed at NCR is mark bataillon and his home address is 3814 high schoals drive norcross ga 30092. this company has had numerous fdcpa cgarges filed againts them and over 142 BBB/atlanta complaints.

Calls everyday 10 times a day I have told them over and over I don't know who you are looking for but they continue to call  but hey you just keep right on calling now I blocked your number so it don't even ring  so you are wasting your time not mine!!!!

These people are nasty !! They are calling me about my 80 year old mom's auto loan. My mom had a leased car and surrendered it early because she got sick..I changed her number to unlisted because they were abusing her . I got to the point that I don't answer the phone when they call.

Got a phone call from these people regarding an old employee.  When I called back, it was answered NRC,  I left a message with the extension given.  The person they were looking for has not worked for us in 5 years.  Hope this puts an end to it.

Just tell them to stop calling you in a letter (registered) and by law, they MUST comply.  These guys buy these debts from the banksters at bargain rates because the banksters know there is no hope of collecting.  Think about it: if they really intended to go to court, they would not be intimidating you; they would just go to court. Call their bluff.  They threatened with illegal action knowing if they follow through THEY will end up owing YOU money.  They are bottom-feeders.  Treat them as such.

This is very easy to fix.  I got a letter from this company saying I owed a debt from 8 years ago.  I then started receiving calls.  I had no clue about the debt and kept telling them.  They then said they were going to take me to court.  I told them to go ahead because the statue of limitations is up.  The continued to call, so I mailed a cease contact letter to the company.  I have not heard from them in two years on my account.  However, I got a cell phone where the number was recycled.  These Bas#$% keep calling for that person after telling them to stop.  Another letter is about to be sent out (by the way, if they contact you after you send the letter, you can sue them...yeah, it's like that).

If you are being bothered by National Recovery Center, don't pay anything until you talk to a lawyer.

i just got a call from this group trying to collect a debt on an account I DON"T EVEN HAVE!!!!! BIT@@ said CAN YOU PROVE IT!  Now they have called 4 times in the last 30 minutes.

They called me today.  Who would want to call them back? The person couldn't even say my name right. My name is a good old fashion american name, very easy.  Then threatened to come to my town, once again didn't even know what town.  Low rate company that threatens people into coming to there place of work or home to collect a debt.  Tell them to take you to court they will be lucky to get $20 a month

It is "National Recovery Center", a low-life out-of-statute debt collector. It is NOT a golf supply company.

It's NRC, Scum of the earth "old" dept collectors who don't have the means to properly investigate the reality of the "old" debt that has been paid years ago.
