I get the same message.

leaves no message and upon call back states 1 option will remove your number and 2 will give you to a live operator which isn't true...it notes your number again and hangs up.

I got a call early morning at my cell from 18882378618 around 7.30 am i was sleeping i didnt answer when i called this number later IVR(computer system) said press 1 to get your number deleted & 2 to get to live operator when u press 2 it gives you a number & do nothing It look like a scam i dont know what kind coz. i didnt answer plz. tell where to report this if anyyone can tell to which company this number is related to & how they get our number

Credit card scam with this number appeared on my wife's cellphone.  Appears to be a number originated by Vitelity, LLC in Denver Colorado.

The phone rang , my cell which is only for emergency at 9:45 pm . I thought it was my Mom's nursing home.When I saw it was an 800 number I let it ring. they did not leave a message.

The phone number used by these filthy animals is being provided to them via VOIP by Vitelity Communications, LLC. in Denver, which appears to be flirting with bankruptcy, and has a long history of providing phone services to shady characters.

They claimed to be from the Federal Bureau of Investigations and my credit card was being accessed by a third party and they were going to transfer me to a 'security department.'  Obvious scam.

States that my ATM card is being canceled.  Not from my bank

Automated call;  informing me my  credit card is compromised and needs to fixed, type 1 to talk to their security dept, which asks for my card,  my pin, and my DOB.

Time to inform the FTC of credit card fraud

Received a call from this number 4 times on 5/29/10 starting at 8:01 am, 8:07 am, 8:12 am & 8:18 am, never left a vm, called back & good a bad recording stating hit 1 to be removed from our list hit 2 to talk to a live person, I didn't hit either number just hung up, however it sounds suspiciously like a call I received on 5/23/10 from phone number 402-982-0406, it maybe the same company, & I did ask to be removed from the phone list from that number, so I think they called me from another number they have.

I got a call from this number four times in two hours beginning at 7:20pm pdt  on May 31st.  It said "if you want to be removed from this list, press 1, if you want to speak to an agent, press 2".  I pressed 1 and hung up, but it disturbed me, since my cell number is on the no-call list, and I don't get sales calls.

Same thing, they called my wife several times to say her card is being suspended.

I got three calls from this number.  Again, as with everyone else, it said that my card had been suspended due to 3rd party activity.  It said it was from a credit union, but it didn't give the name of the credit union.  I hung up and called back, and it went to a recording.  Press 1 to be removed and press 2 to talk to a representative.  When I pressed 2, it just repeated my phone number and hung up.  When I did answer the phone, it asked for my 16 digit card number.  Well fortunately for me, my card has more digits than that.  So definitely a scam.  This number called me three times after 9 PM.  Watch yourselves!!!!!

Called my work cell phone. must be using auto dialer. My phone number has never been used in any registration.

Got the same call 5//31 7:30 PM !  WE have NO credit cards !!!  So, we knew it was a SCAM !

Got a call a few minutes ago..what a SCAM!!!

Just got a call from this number and immediately google searched it. For one, I don't have a credit card, so I know it wouldn't be suspended. #2 it was all automated. If it was for real, it would be a live person calling to let you know that there's been suspicious activity on your account. I think we all need to report this on the FTC website. It needs to be shut down just like the car warranty one was.

This number called me 6 times while at work when I finally answered I was busy and only heard something about pressing my card being accessed by a third party. when I pressed one it asked me to put in my card number. Never did say what bank it was! Needless to say I hang up at that point without entering my number. Seemed like a scam to me. They tried to call back one more time but I ignored it. A little frustrating to say the least....

I got the same thing and when you press 1, you just get the recording again.

yep. I got the same call on 6/1. I did not answer but it said that it was supposedly security that suspended my card because of charges from 3rd party.

Same exact thing happened to me. This is very upsetting...........Who should be notified of this since this is definitely shady!!!
