I just received the same message

Caller ID showed Private Caller.  Also thought they said IBM.  Looking for someone who doesn't live here (we've had this number for over 12 years).

I received a call at business from Angelina at IDM. It did sound like she said ITM at the time, though that's a non-issue. I reported that the individual they were looking for wasn't there and they said they would call back.

After checking their number though the Better Business Bureau I found that the full business name is Interstate Debt Managers, Inc. (IDM)

They are located at 6106 Ball Road, Suite 210 in Cypress, CA 90630. They are likely calling about a legitamate debt. It is, of course, best to confirm that the debt is valid, but don't be alarmed by the call.

I do love how everyone on these types of sites act so innocent and ignorant. *rolls eyes*

But seriously, if you get any more information, especially if these people misbehave, are super aggressive, are trying to collect on a debt that's already been paid or something, do mention here.

Some spammer named Christina called twice and left a message about an account on IDM. I don't have any accounts with anybody who sounds like IDM.

got a blocked ID call from a person asking me to call back this number. I couldn't really understand what she was saying she said it so fast I thought she said IBM.
