THEY CALLED SINCE 8AM EASTERN TIME LOOKING SOME IDIOT NAMED HOWARD.  WE RECEIVED ABOUT 20 CALLS ALREADY FROM THIS GODDAMN NUMBER.  I FINALLY GOT FED UP WITH IT AND DIALED *69 TO GRAB THE NUMBER AND SURPRISINGLY DID A GOOGLE SEARCH AND CAME UP WITH THIS SITE!

unwanted continuous call without any message.

Caller called my phone but I didn't catch the call but when I called back I could only leave a message. This has come with about seven other calls from strange places or companies I've never heard of. Son't know how they got my number.

After several calls from Continental Warranty,  I called them back around lunch time and I spoke with the receptionist and told her to take me off their call list.
They have caller ID because she confirmed my phone number before I told her what it was. Later that night I received another call from them. This time I spoke with someone and told him abruptly that I had told them to take me off their call list and that I was now reporting them to the do not call registry. I went on line and filed a complaint.
I am curious to see what happens.

Think I had fun with this number in my own twisted way since they kept bugging me even after telling them I was not interested and I kept getting calls from them each day so how it seems I am not the only one to get annoyed by this company and they don?t remove me from their list. So I told them a white lie that did the trick and probably gave a nice scare or maybe not but it did get the point across and haven?t heard from them since. Since I told them I said no to many times and asked to be removed so many times from their list I told the last person that called me that I was sick of it and told him I have the call routed through my pc and captured all of there information including the company they are calling from directly down to the direct address then threatened to report this information to the proper places and it was the last time I heard from them. This was a bluff but it did get the point across not to call me anymore and how technology is these days and how some people are able to program hack programs like a phone system think that is why they quit calling me since they didn?t know I was bluffing but my bro did make a program that was similar to it. I love messing with people or telemarketers that don?t want to leave me alone after telling them no the first time.  I just don?t get these people that don?t take know for a answer till you do a meaningless threat.

Said they were calling from Accura

I was researching an extended warranty for my car and requested information from a website. A couple of days later, I received numerous calls throughout the day from this number which was pretty annoying because they never left a message.

When I finally had time to answer the call, the salesperson proceeded to pitch me on their warranty product. What I didn't like was how he bad mouthed the competition.  How those companies use adjusters to determine if your vehicle should be repaired.  When I Google'd their company name, I found a lawsuit where someone actually sued them because of what their adjuster found.  

He then talked about the "Certified Warranty" that I should get for my Acura. But when I asked who it was certified by, he changed his tune and learned that it had nothing to do with Acura but more to do with Great American Insurance.  

By this point, I was no longer interested in what they had to sell because of the slick tactics they tried to use.  

But what really got under my skin was his line of questioning as to whether I had properly researched warranty companies.  I answered Yes but he proceeded to tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about because the other companies were not affiliated with the Risk Retention Act.  

I was fed up by that point and asked them to remove me from their list.  

In my research, I found that they've had 303 complaints to the BBB in the past 36 months.  Go figure!

I have gotten several calls from this number.  The men are so dam rude and asking me why I was interested I told him bc i'm not and stop calling my house.  They called at least 4 times in one day.  They are still calling me to this day.  I don't answer the call any more.  But thanks to this site I will report there a**.

WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT THIS....NOTHING!!!! SHOULD I CALL MY PHONE COMPANY, THE POLICE, THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. WHAT!!! HOW CAN THIS NOT BE AGAINST THE LAW SOMEWHERE.

This number has called my cell phone 138 times in 2 days.  I have not answered and there has been no messages.  When I did a lookup I found this site.

this place must've called about 10 times so far starting from 8am, i didnt hear the company name.  then i did *69 and got the # and google searched it and found this.  is there anyone we can report to?  the caller from this # has been asking for howard, well no one by this name even lives here!  i just received yet another call from some other 1800 # asking for howard and i flipped out at him and he said i shouldn't need to give him an attitude and he gave me their #, and this time it didnt match up. what the hell is going on?

i got a call from this warranty company too.  I just told them i bought a new car and didnt need to get an extended warranty anymore.  I figured that would put an end to their calls and it did.  this always seems to work with telemarketers.  respond with an answer that will take away the reason theyn are calling, that way they will note it on there call lists and not bother calling you again.  good luck

I have a lot of calls from this number both at home and on my work cell phone.  I have told them to stop calling several times and have stopped answering, I don't know what else to do.  We were just looking for an extended warranty for our truck that is going to run out next spring.

I was looking for Pre approved Financing before I bought a car, I was looking around and all of a sudden Continential Warrenty started calling A LOT! Over the phone they told me they did financing, so I proceeded. Then after they ran a vin number of a car I planning to look at they told me it was warrenties only. I said I was not interested in a warrenty that I was looking for financing, and to cancel my order, they said they couldn't do that and that I should just give them a credit card number, and I could get my money back in 30 days. (Let me add I was driving my car and my purse was in the back seat) They actually wanted me to get out my credit card while I was driving, they had no regard for the safety of others. I just kept saying "No" they responded back ever so maturely with "yes, you will, you have no choice." I said that is the biggest line of BS I had ever heard. I managed to hang up with out giving my credit card info, thank GOD! I even had my boyfriend call them back and tell them to take me off their list. Today (the following day) I have received 6 calls from them. I'm about to research the Harrassment laws. I recomend others do the same, they should not be allowed to do business, they lie, they are rude, and they are harrassing and threatening. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

I get this # calling me about 5-6 times a day. i answered Once but haven't aswered since and they start at 8am and go through out the day.

called me 10 times in one day the calls would sometime be within 25 minutes of eachother. I never answered, the last time they called I called the number back and it was continenmtal warranty on the voicemail.

I am buying a new AUDI and I want an extended warranty.  I went on the itnernet to get quotes.  I started getting phone calls from this number. I picked up one call and the guy rude and nasty and would not identify himslef or the comapny that he was calling from.  He asked for me not knowing that I was myself.  I asked him what he wanted to talk to me about and he said it was a personal confidential matter that he could only discuss with me and he asked me if I was myself (I told him I was not).  so he tried to bully me to talk to me and I hung up on him.  I then googled the number and found out who he was.  My work number has caller ID (thank goodness)so I do nto pick it up.  Since last Thursday (today is Monday) I have had 50 missed calls form this number.  This is harrassment and I plan on making the NYS attorney general's office aware fo this nonsense.

Numerous calls throughout two day period.  First time I answered, guy said he was with Continental Warranty.  Told him I was not interested and he wanted to know why.  I told him I didn't have to tell him anything. He insisted he could dave me money on an extended auto warranty which apparently he didn't hear me say not interested.  After getting him off the phone, another call came an hour later from another person at the same comapy.  When I told her I already daid no to the guy earlier she wanted to know what my reason was, and if the other guy had told me about the plan.  Then she tried to scare me into thinking I have to look out for auto warrantee companies that are not backed by insurance.  Told her thanks but no thanks, and please don't call again.  Not more than another hour and a third person calls.  I told him I already declined the offers of two coworkers and he wanted to know if they explained the plan, and that he could save me $600 if I buy into this.  I told him I was not interested and had explained it to the other two people already, and had no more time to explain it again. He started gettin mad at me indicating he didn't understand why I was not interested, and I hung up.  My advice to anyone getting a call from this number or this company is to hang up right away or better yet DON'T ANSWER!

a whole bunch of guys talking in the background and swearing.  they called my cell phone, which doesn't let people hear me talk, so he was probably waiting for me to answer.
