The scam is the same but the phone number changes almost monthly. $10 Doctor Visits! [Get real] Single Rate $199; Couple Rate $299; Entire Family Rate$369. Do Not Fall For this SCAM. You should complain to the Federal Communications Commission (F.C.C.) and the Federal Trade Commission (F.T.C.). If you are reading this after you have been taken (They are now sucking money out of your checking account) you need to stop the withdrawals by contacting your bank and you need to complain to your State Insurance Department and your State Attorney General's Office. You might want to call your state legislatures and ask them why these crooks are allowed to steal from the people of your state.

This company "Healthcare Solutions" has been spamming us with junk faxes for months -- to a number that's registered on the government do not call list. They use a fake caller id when calling us (732)389-3036 -- their real telephone number is (888)245-2324.

I called this number just to see if they would send me some brochures and information about the company. I asked the name of the company offering the insurance because it is not listed specifically on the fax. The man I spoke to said it was "Healthcare Solutions, Inc." I asked what state they were located in and he said South Dakota. When I asked if he could send me a brochure and additional information, he said "we don't do that because it would cause us to increase the cost of our plans." THIS IS A SCAM!!!! DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!

I got this fax today at our office and gave them a call. When I asked about a website that I can visit to get more info the man hung up on me. If something sounds to good to be true it often is. The last day for enrollment was today, i get wary when something is rushed, today or no deal type stuff.

LOL they are a bunch of rude ppl!...i actually called this number after receiving the fax..to find out more bout their dental insurance...and what do you know..the first question that they ask..would you like to enroll right now?...i said no i want to find out some info first!..and then i hear the phone click..followed by dial tone. im like wth..damn guy just hung up on me...so very rude!!..i then press the redial button..got another guy name roger...and he stayed on the phone a bit longer ..but after i ask what the cost would be if i just want the dental plan..i then heard a racket in the background and then got hung up on again!!!...so in conclusion this is nothing but a waste of time. only reason i called was cause i was interested in getting some dental insurance!

more garbage!!!!!!!!!
Mailed my copy to the attorney generals office. Don't know if it will make a difference. The best thing to do is call them, pretend you are a customer, waist thier time and then start laughing. They will ask you why you are laughing. They can't resist. Then just tell them they waisted thier time. This costs them .08 cents per minute for incoming calls. Put them on hold a couple of times too! It's great for comic releif.

They also claim to be in WY and SD.... they do provide an address...but don't know if its really theirs. I also get faxes from a company in FLA, not sure where that number gets forwarded to, its 877-574-8048. Another bunch of scammers.
set your auto dialer to that number, set 'mute', and dial over and over for a while....

Called them up and asked where they're located, but they wouldn't tell me. Said it was for the safety of the "call center" employees". Then hung up on me. Total scam.

I recieved this fax and called to find out more information. The guyI talked to identified himself as Chris Mask at EXT 220. He said that the company was called CVM Family PPO 500 and was offering an unbelievable insurance plan. He gave me brief details of the plan and wanted to know personal information like my name, address, SSN, bank account number, etc. I declined to give anything except my name. He said that the offer was only good for that day and that I could reserve my spot with a credit card number. I politely declined and immediately looked up any information that I could on this company or telephone number. The company name he gave me didn't exist on the internet and the telephone number brought me here. What a scam.

and just want your personal info. Definite rip off

Received this blast fax junk fax yesterday and was stunned still how anyone can be so silly. You would be if you don't include real contact information like an address & a website.

They claim to be a brokerage firm named Healthcare Solutions. I spoke to someone stating his name was "Greg Bennett" at ext.215. "Greg" said that for a $199 enrollment fee they will get us set up at the rate specified on the blast fax with an "A-list" provider in our area. He said he couldn't provide the names of the local providers because "too many people had been calling them directly for details, tying up their customer service lines."
The number for removal says their name is "Opt Out."

A "Blast Fax" from some marketing firm offering unbelievable insurance rates for health care. Its all a scam. If you call the "take me off your telephone list you will just get more faxes from more scammers. Turn these guys into the FCC for the Blast faxes as well as the Federal Trade Commission. Before you even think about giving these guys access to your checking account call your State Department of Insurance to find out if they are authorized to sell insurance in your state. If you do get sucked in, complain to your state Attorney General's Office, they may already have an open case on them.

Forgot to mention: if you can locate and ID these people, you can sue them for $1500 to $3000 per junk fax in state court under Federal law. That is for each fax you receive, so save all that you do receive. Talk to your attorney. Good Luck!
