I'VE GOTTEN ABOUT 10 CALLS NO ONE ON THE LINE

I've received calls from these a***oles only their calls are just hang-ups. They call, I pick up, split-second they hang up. I use *69 and call back and I all I hear is this annoying spanish song. I want to find out who owns this line. It's so annoying, Are they U.S. based? Who are these people/

I keep receiving calls from these people too. Usually there is no one on the line but occasionally a woman asks if someone speaks Spanish and when I say no she politely signs off. I am on the do not call list but this number just keeps calling. I filled out a consumer complaint form with the Attorney Generals office so hopefully something will be done to stop these people.

These people keep calling us also even thow i have asked them several times not too ...

These people keep calling us, despite our having asked them at least three times not to call back. Today I called them back and the woman who answered pretended not to speak English. I'm sure they do speak English, because when they call us, they are speaking English, enough to carry on a conversation AND their answering automation is in English. They always start the conversation with "Do you speak Spanish?" We tell them no, please don't call back etc. and they are very apologetic and say they will make a note not to call back. Then a few days later, it's them again! Very frustrating...
