I had already used the rebate coupon last month but received the call anyway. Nice of them to call with a reminder -- wouldn't want to throw away good money these days.

It was American Express with an automated reminder to use the cash rebate rewards check b/c it will expire soon. It was nice of them to provide the statement date that the check came with and also the date the check would expire.

Costco AmEx called to remind us we have not used our cash rebate yet and it will expire in two months. They left a message. Now I have to remember where I put it and go cash it. Kind of nice of them to call and they actually left a message!
