omg im so glad i googled this number i was really getting paranoid.. i have a student loan and i thought it could be related to that but i am paying for it so i was totally confused.. i cant believe this people have the guts to be doing this to hard working people like ourselves.. they should get a life !!!

Someone called my family to find me and left this number.

As a follow-up:  I did contact the phone company.  Nothing they will do.  Contacted our State Attorney General, nothing they can do because they say they can't locate the company.  Have not heard back from the FTC as of yet.

They continue to call and harass my relatives.  I simply have them on a "Do Not Answer" list in my system, but I can see that they have called numerous times and are still calling.

If I ever find out who they are and where they are calling from, we (my attorney and I) are going to have a field day with these people.

In the meantime, the word of the day on these people is "ignore".

Same call.  They want to serve a supboena at my home or school.  (I am 64 years old) I have no bad checks.  came in on my cell as unknow ID.

Just spoke to someone about this caller.  This is a SCAM call.  They basically get your information, locate some friends and family, then start calling everyone saying they are looking for an address to "serve a summons" or "subpoena" for a bad check.

Their goal is to collect money that isn't really owed.  They are hoping that people will cave in to the phone calls and pay some money to end it.

Since I know I have no bad checks out there, I personally know this is bogus.  Because they are not a legit collection agency, with even a legit debt, they can't be sued for FCRA violations.

So, will first contact phone company about harassing phone calls, then submit complaints to FTC and our State's Attorney General.

They called my sister in law.  Said I used her as a reference and I had 48 hours before being subpoena for bad checks locally recent activity.  I haven't been local or written checks in quite sometime...and have never used her as a contact.  Googled this number and found this site.  I can't even get through to the number...places me on hold.  I plan on contacting the FTC.

Some woman called my Grandmother this morring. Saying that I was going to be taken to court for wrighting bad checks. I DON'T USED CHECKS. The woman told her she had no right to hang up on her. Ha. Never mind all that I don't talk with my grandmother but for the holidays or put her down for any kind of refernce. This looks like FRAUD

Same thing here..."Kimberly" spoke with my sister and said I had better call the number with the case number she had given and that I would get a subpoena at my home or at work very soon.  Gave no other info.

These people called my ill father and upset him very much with the threat of court proceedings because of a hot check, but I haven't written a check in many years, and I have never even written a hot check in my life. They were making up lies to find me. These people must be stopped!!!

Just got this call.....stated that I would be served because of a bad check...asked which bank, she didn't have any info, but I could call this number and get it.  I stated that I would call the number AFTER I had been served, when could I expect it....she got huffy...asked if I even took the number down....I stated yes....needless to say I don't expect anything to come of it....you could hear about 10 other people in the background.....

Illegal call from a creditor. Sent in a complaint to the FTC.

Here we go...some rude lady called stating that she had a summons to serve. She didn't have any info she said I had to contact the above mentioned #. I called the number & some jerk a** dude answers the phone " hello" we start going back & forth hello hello until is dumb a** realizes he's at work and says "aci" (could be wrong with the name) anywho...he asked me for a reference number the rude bi*** gave me and put me on hold while he pulled up my info. 2 mins later he comes back to phone stating I had a loan that I never paid, I can either pay it or go to court. I inturn say..." I don't know what your talking about & I don't have any money. His bi*** a** says " have fun in court stupid & hung up. So professional!!! I'm making a complaint for harassment.

This Number is connected to the pay day loan scam.

Received this illegal call for someone who they said will be served at their home or job...blah blah its harrassment and its a bill collector. I have blocked them
