I got many calls from this number.  They were calling the cell number, not me actually.  Apparently D & M and Associates are after the prior owner of my cell phone.  I told the male party that I was not the person that he was looking for, and asked nicely if he'd remove my phone number from his data base.  He got absolutely snotty and hung up.  I called him 5 more times and told him that he needed to remove my phone number from his datebase and quit calling.  He repeatedly hung up.  I threatened him with a visit from my friends at the FBI if he didn't quit calling.   I got my cell number changed.

New number for Michael Drake and Drake McKannon scams is 855-288-5580.  Ignore their robo calls and threats.  

I have often thought "Godaddy" was sketchy but I don't know enough about creating web sites to ever comment. I realize they can't police the world and are in business to make money but all the bad guys seem to originate from them.  
And yes I realize not all web sites that use Godaddy are evil and out to rip people off, so please don't take offense.

Got this robo recording. Who are you calling?  You need to leave a name of who you are calling in your robo call to anyone and everyone.  No one is going to leave their name on here with the made up case number in the recording.  Send a debt validation letter to everyone as proof of these debts.  Be sure to send by registered mail for proof of delivery.  You cannot file a case against a SS# or suspend someone's income taxes. These agencies are not third party collection agencies.

The calls are slowing down but someone continues to try to take money out of my old checking acct that i immediately closed. Apparently at 5th3rd if anything tries to come out or go in during 30 days it reopens and you start over. After paying to close it several times, I'm fed up.

I got the same kind of threatening message on my cell too this AM. I called and told the fool he was not looking for me and I would press charges thru what ever regulatory agency that governs him (DM & Assoc) if he continued with the idiotic threats via phone calls. My cell voice mail plainly states my name when you call it- he just doesn't bother to listen or comprehend he is calling/leaving messages on the wrong phone.

I got a call from this moron today saying the same exact stuff as all of you for the amount of $900 n something.. so I called my attorney and he call mr drake who would not give him any info n hung up on my attorney.  Guess he panicked. .ill give it to him this a good scam..

Their latest scam is saying your taxes are being held because you owe debt. They called this evening from an unknown number. They said I had 72 hours to call the 888 number. I called & no one answered. Losers.

I checked my voice mail, and had a message stating that I have 72 hours to call back before court proceeding.  Some thing to do with income taxes.. Will not be calling and don't care, if some one needs to serve me, come find me and I'll see you in court.
