Just got one of those calls that is silent, then a female recorded voice says, "Goodbye." I've gotten them before and am tired of it. Today 18th of October 2012 at 3:40pm in New Zealand. Received a call to my land line from an unknown number. Answered and got silence for a few seconds then a ding followed by a female voice saying goodbye.

This phone number and also 999-910-0102 always call even if you are on the Do Not Call Registry. It was very easy to track down a number. Supposedly they are with Ammyy. Here is a number you can call but of course I recommend using *67 first, 703-596-1166. There info is available on www.whois.com. Just search www.ammyy.com. See if they like calls.

phone rings twice, try to answer no one on the other end. Yesterday we received four calls from 999-910-0122 within three hours in the evening

Gf got the call at roughly 2115, 03.09.12. Annoying call sounding like they are attempting to gain access to my computer. After my gf placed them on hold they hung up and called about 4 more times! Get a damn life!!

Called had a Mexican / Spanish accent (female) The call was obviously placed from a telephone boiler room. Caller stared to say she was calling about some technical issue with....and the call disconnected at that moment.  No further calls have been received as yet.

Getting calls from this number.  I will not answer.....this is a bad number 999......

Just got a call from this number an a foreign indian speaking woman said our computer was corrupted, i immediately wanted to speak to her supervisor and wanted a call back number she said I just needed to talk to her, in arabic I told her a few choice words of what i thought of her organization and she hung up. Learn arabic. it works.

Received call from this number and caller left no message.

The past few nights ( as in between 10 pm and 1:30 pm) I have been getting these calls on my cell phone from  9990910-0119. Just like everyone else, no one answers when you answer the phone.  My husband has been getting calls on his phone from another number- his calls are about the "Malware" on his computer.  The caller is evasive and throws names in like Microsoft to get him to believe they are ligit. We got another call again tonight ( 3rd one I think).  They talk so fast you cannot get a word in.  We have even contacted Microsoft to let them know that someone is using their name to try and lure customers to give them information over the phone, but they say they cannot do anything about it ( or not intested enough to pursue)

1-999-910-0119 called at 9:00 PM, played a musical tone and hung up. This appears to be some type of scam. Whether to get your number for foreign calls or some other scam. It appears many others are getting these calls from comments I've seen.

Started receiving calls around 10:00 PM from the 999-910-0119 number.  They told my wife that a message was waiting on her computer and to follow the instructions.  I saw the message but did not open it - no tell'in what virus or trogen thingie will get into our compters - find our pass words and clean out our bank accounts etc.  I would like to know how to block any numbers with an area code of 999.  Kinda spooky - turn the nines upside down.......

Another one from Hawaii.  Same thing, called around 9pm last night... no answer & tonight there was a lady with an Indian accent who started her schpeil but we were disconnected.  I'm a little wary because of how people can reverse call & charge to your account so immediately blocked the number from my phone.  If u have Hawaiian Tel, just *60 & block option will prompt you to enter the incoming call you'd like to block.  Hope this helps them from getting through.  Aloha.

Just got a call from this number too.  They said they were trying to save my computer from terrible viruses.  I told them that I would get their number and call them back.  He answered when I called back, so try (307) 529-0607 and give him a piece of your mind too.  He said he was from 24x7 PC Help.

This group IGN Internet / Megabyte solutions calls from several different numbers.  Is there a way for 800notes to consolidate this?
These people are STUPID!  My father and I run computer support from opposite ends of a large state.  When they called me I conferenced my father and another employee in on the call.  After the three of us  picked him apart for several minutes just to confuse the hell out of him I let the bomb drop.  I asked him how good was his English.  "Very good, I know the entire alphabet."  Throughout the call he had been referring to me by my ex-wife's name, a very distinctive, English language girl's name.  He was so flustered he dropped his phone before hanging up.
In short, if your computer is spreading malware, no one you don't know will call you about it.  You may receive emails from a friend's computer if it gets infected.  So, in conclusion, there is a sucker born every minute - don't be that sucker.

I have been getting "the call" every few nights at around 8:30 or 9:15 and at first I answered 2 times and they asked for Tiffany or Laurie.   Now if I feel like answering, I say "Police Dept", McDonalds, cancer help line, or anything else that comes to mind!  They always hang up.  But I am tired of that entertainment so just don't answer any more.  But they have not called for several nights now.  
    I think it must be profitable for them otherwise why so many doing it?

Received calls two nights in a row, both after midnight.  Voice on other end was unintelligible female with lots of background noise.  No idea what the call was about, or where it was from.  Just blocked this number with the call screening function from our phone company.

Keep getting calls in the middle of the night from 999-910-0119

I have been getting a phone call from 999-910-0119 for the past three days in a row at 2 AM!!!!!  It wakes my entire family up and takes awhile to go back to sleep.  Once you answer it takes a few seconds for them to reply and then the lady on the other end says:
Lady: Hi Mom of the house
Me: who is this?
Lady: I calling about your computer
Me: It is 2am in the morning and you just woke me up!  DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN!!!!

today i got a call from 999-910-0119 they were saying stuff about my laptop having issues, in which my computer was sending them information about my self. when i asked them where they were located he said (indian guy)  we are located in Miami Florida. when i live in oregon. they said that i needed to shut down my computer or it was going to get destructed. so i asked if they spoke spanish and he said he did so when my mother started talking to him in spanish he said that he didnt understand anything. then he went off on her about the malware.

I got a call at 9:00 at night from this number. I didn't recognize the area code but I answered it anyway. It was an Indian guy telling me there was a problem with my computer. And he kept going on and on so I just hung up. Then I looked up the number and found this site and read all the posts. I'll really be annoyed if he calls back. Isn't there some way someone can trace the number?

I have a hawaii area code for cel but never lived there. This number called once at 2 am in the morning woke me. When I said hello...a womans voice said hello in the same tone as if to mock me...repeading hello twice...then giggled and hung up.

Forgot to say that we went through a week or two of these phone calls last fall from the same jerks. That time, though, no number showed & the Caller ID just said "Unknown."

Also from Hawai'i & have been getting calls from these clowns for the past two or three days. The calls always come in the evening as others have reported. Sometimes a foreign-sounding guy is on the line, sometimes there's nothing. The one time I got any information the guy called his company "Megabyte Solutions." I've yelled at them not to call again but that doesn't seem to matter. Now, I alternate between not answering & answering but putting the phone down until I hear them disconnect the call. I figure that might cost them some money!

Aloha, also from Hawaii and decided to post because I too am a victim of this company.  I'm on the DNC list, so why are they calling?  And, why even bother calling and not leave a message?  

I suggest there be a law against companies such as these.  If they call ones that are on the DNC list and DO NOT leave a message,  they should incur a fine of $200 per violation.  That $200 would go to us from that company.  Should they not pay it, the penalties increase, thus earning us more from their stupid mistakes.  And, each time they call us back w/o our permission, the penalty doubles!  That would then make them think twice about calling any of us.  Who agree's?

These companies should know that by calling someone on the DNC list could get them an $11,000 fine.  Hmmm, but do we, the one's that have to endure these people, get to receive any or all of that fine?  I say we should because we are the ones that put our names on that list and are still being bombarded with calls.  

My cell phone also has numerous calls per day and it's also on the DNC list!  Why is this happening?!  Yes, I could block them but only so much, maybe 5-7.  Doesn't matter, most of these companies have several #'s...

The last call we got was from a betting service in Florida @ 4am this morning!  I just called them and asked them kindly to remove our number from their list. Then I told Tony that I DO NOT appreciate phone calls from anyone at 4am in the morning and then leave no answer.  This company should definitely be fined!  I never ever asked for them to call me and this was on my home phone.  How did they get my number?!

I have received for telephone calls around 9:00 PM---Hawaii time.
Caller could not speak English.  Could not understand what they
