I finally answered after daily calls around the same time. They call from a local number for me and would not leave a voicemail. The man said he was from Interstate Services and was trying to collect a debt from 5-6 years ago. He gave me the 888 number as a call back number. Too many identity thieves and such so I did not feel comfortable giving information. I also researched the company and could not find any information.

I get that number calling sometimes too. its a telephone marketer. just don't answer.
