It is a Debt collector most likely given a bogus number from someone who made one up! Call them and have your number removed.

You have import call. They said we owe them $8,000. What a scam.

Someone calls my house three or four times a day from this number.  I pick up the message.  "I have an important message for you.  Call this number 888-264=1376. Thank you."     I am really sick of their calls.  They have been calling regularly for the last two or three months.   I am sure it is some kind of scam.
