Called me before, asking for a relative that doesn't live with me and has never lived with me.  They won't tell you who they are when they call and they won't tell you anything you ask.  RED FLAGS.   Anyway this is the second time they have done this.

After you hang up, an "unavailable" number will call your phone.  This is them, too.  As soon as you answer they will hang up without saying anything.

I actually advise people to visit the FBI website and report them.  Not just your local authorities or the BBB.

Left message for mdr girl never even mention a name but did mention something about ss# and test.

You must not read the news or watch tv? Most of these are scams from company's that try to get money out of you even when  you don't owe a single penny. Sounds like you must be a troll for said company? What a pos you are

so basically this sight provides a platform for pissed off broke consumers  to voice there opinions about the collection agencies contacting them to make payments to bills they owe, all the while playing victim when infact they are the ones who put themselves in the position to recieve these calls, With that said these posts im sure can be easily connected to the authors based on conversations had with the collector sometimes minutes before the post...I have to wonder if a collector is able to publicly pst a debtors number and possibly say something close to but not exactly like the following......555-555-5555 called my office today his/her name is ____________shes a real scam artist she took a paydayloan from ____________3years ago and dodged phone calls the whole time becuz they never had any intention on paying it back. i tried to work out an affordable payment plan with this scamming scumbag ,but all she did was lie about how broke she is and hasnt worked in years ,,or about how this was already paid or fraud or someone stole her purse and has 9 kids or her husband did it or she filed bankruptcy or how it was a scam,,,,,,,you effin debtors for the most part who ignore your obligation are the biggest scammers alive and deadbeats, if what your doing posting company phone numbers on this site then just trashing the names of people who actually have jobs ,, then u should as yourself if collectors should be aloud to do the exact same thing with your cell numbers and home numbers etc ,,,,,,your all just pissed because u cant pay ...if anyone would like to know more about these above posts and how they came about there is 2 sides to every story,,maybe collectors should start telling theres !!!!!!

I know times are hard and jobs not easy too find, but I would rather do the most menial, degrading, low-paying job before I would ever work for one of these fly-by-night "debt collectors".  What do you make, minimum wage?  Funny, you losers talk tough over the phone with the bogus threats and intimidation, but face to face, you're probably some obsese, fugly momma's boy who'd wet his pants if you had to deal with any of us in person.

Investigator Bradley Davis called my # at work from a spoofed # 718-802-3543 that he was going to arrest me and I needed to call NOT 888-264-3362 BUT A NEW # @ 877-5145597.
These SCAMMERS JUST CHANGE THERE PHONE #'s.

They have been calling me for 6 months now. His name is Johnathan.  About 3 months ago they were claiming they were going to turn it over to my county to handle.  He said this is the last time I will call.  He is still calling.  He even got someone to call from my county named Todd claiming to be from a warrants and summons office and when I called it back it was a fax number.  I looked the number up online to see if I could get the landline, the guy who answered the phone had no clue of an employee with that name and mentioned that is why there fax machine must have been going off frequently. He also hadn't heard of a warrants and summons office and worked for the county. I am also getting calls from a flordia number and its the same guy.  Had a lady call too and couldn't understand her due to her terrible phone signal(cell phone).  I called the Better Business Bureau and she looked them up and said they were a letter F on their scam level and that I shouldnt give them any information even when I told her my debt circumstances.  She told be to call the company I owed and asked the name of the collections agency.  I called them and it was a completely different company.  And to think I was almost about to give them my money.  Dont trust them.  They are scammers!

This same Todd guy called me too from a fax number too.  I didn't talk to him as it was a voicemail but the number he gave me was the NDR groups number.  Now I know this is a scam.  What idiots!  At least use a different name!

This company if it is a company breaks all the rules. They will not listen to you and they think such tactics as threatening you with court is gonna make you wire them money. They keep calling me but want give their address.....

They refuse to give their address and they will never send you a paper copy of the bill they claim you owe.

One gal there I talked to 4 times already and she's a real bi*** but she will remain a broke bi*** cause I'm not gonna give her money cause she says so.

They called me to and lied out of the Azz. Told I was gonna be on the court docket if I didn't pay them 2100, now thats really funny,

I got a call from this number from a pissy heifer calling herself Rachael Lane, she was very Rude and wanted information from me but that cow wasn't giving up any info, except I owed them money. After hanging up on her because she was so erratic, I called a lawyer and they told me, just to tell them not to call and mail a letter validating the debt. Well, I'm to worry because I don't owe no debt. Now she has called over 6 times and each time she can't stay calmed or composed enough to tell me who I a suppose to owe. And oh she told me I was going to be on a court docket and my lawyer says that is illegal unless she really does do it. This cow identified herself as working as a litigator for NDR corp.

Got a call, my caller I.D stated it was from my City court with a local phone number.  My inlaw answered and said a guy named Todd from the city court was on the line for me.  He gave my name and asked if that was me, then told me my name was about to be added to the court docket and if I was aware of it.  I asked what it was for and he said a misdimeanor charge was brought against me by NDR and gave me their phone number and a case #.  I called the number and a lady answered, then told me I owed them a debt.  I asked for who the originator was and to have a copy of the original contract with my signature on it to be sent to me and she got very nasty and mean so i hung up.  3 attempts to call that local number on my caller ID was a fax number each time.  Very leary of these things after almost getting suckered into paying a debt that was included in a bakruptcy back in 1996 anf Portfolio Recovery tried to bully me into paying that in 2006.

i cant for the life of me figure out who this john is speaking as if this is a scam but im sure to find out

How can you all file a complaint with the BBB, FTC etc...

We don't have a correct address correct phone # (The # they call from 888-264-3362: is spoofed or just a cell phone)

Called multiple times by this number, each time they claimed to be a different state or federal government office.

They called me today and asked for my mother.  She does not live with me and I told them that.  They told me they are Weber County District Attorney office when I asked who they were.  I tried to ask for a name and other identifying info (ie company name, and reason for calling)  but the caller would intentionally "mumble mumble mumble".

If these guys are calling you,  they are also calling people you know to find you.  They will claim to BE a government office.  Make sure you give your family and friends a heads up.  

Called the Weber County District Attorney and they have no idea why they were trying to contact my mom.

Same here Cheryl, they called me on my business/government line and were very rude and irratic. Behavior unbecoming a legitimant business, they threatened to sue and garnish my wages but little do they know, wage garnishment isn't allowed in texas so that was an idol threat
and a violation per Fair Debt collections practice laws

googled this number cause I just received a several phone calls and the idiot said he was from NDR group and I owed a debt, if this is not a company then its illegal to identify yourself like that, and he didn't want to tell me what the debt I owed was,

read off some mumbo jumbo about and i never got no mail stating i owe nothing

ATM Webs back in 2011 and I paid that but apparently he didn't want to hear that I had paid that account, glad I have a bank receipt if this c**s up again
