This is Direct TV that called. I called the number back and it was Direct TV.

I called too, it's Direct TV.  The representative told me, it's an automated call. They don't leave a message, cause they want people to call the number.  
I think out of courtesy, the automated message should state , call form Direct TV, regarding your acct.

Unknown Number, receive calls about every other day & they leave no message.

They keep calling me. When I answer they don't say anything.  When I don't answer a male leaves a message saying to call 8882653887 and thank you for choosing direct tv.  I don't have direct tv.

this number calls we everydaythis week at around 8:30 pm. apparently they are "direct tv" they said they were going to cancel my cable tonight if i didn't pay them. i pay all my bills on time and didn't understand why i needed to pay. they wanted my credit card number and were very rudes and didnt explain much. once i told them i was going to go check my bills to see if i was gonna pay online they hung up on me. THIS IS A SCAM!!

This is a third party calling on behalf of direct tv.  I called direct tv and they know nothing of this number. They're rude and ask for info that they shouldn't over the phone.

Direct TV is truly a disgrace to America.  All prices are a scam.  Customer Service is very poor.  We are never late with payments yet they call to collect payment by phone 2 weeks before due date.  I pay no one by phone. Totally fed up with Direct TV.

Direct TV --poor choice

It happened to me a few minutes ago.  HELLO!!  I am deaf and do not know why anyone would want to call me directly.  (I use my iPhone for text messaging and emails - and of course, Internet.)  After googling the number, it was from DirectTV like many complaints here said.  I called them and told them I did not appreciate their contacting me considering that I am deaf and would appreciate that they not bother me, a non-DirectTV customer.  They apologized and requested my number, which I yielded.  I was promised it would be off the list in 24-48 hours.  I suspect it was marketing from DirectTV.  HOWEVER, I AM registered with DoNotCall.  Nice job, government NOT!

They have been calling several times a day.  Don't leave messages on the answering machine.  Called them back and it turned out to be Direct TV.  Informed the person that I don't have direct TV, don't owe them any money and don't want Direct TV.  I am on the do not call list.  Was informed that I am not on the do not call list unless they put me on the do not call list.  Guess it is time to contact the state attorney general.

Directv calling about my bill. Its a little late. My payment is on its way so I dont mind the calls but they call me every day and leave 5 mintue messages of nothing!
Its just a bunch of mumbles in the background and it sounds like the phone is on their shoulder or something.
they never say a word. just noise.

Direct TV regarding past due balance that is only 15 days past due. Kinda of pushy.

888-265-3887 < This # belongs to "Direct TV" a satilite TV service company. I think that the people that work for them must be shy or have a social problem, thus the reason for not leaving a "message in a bottle"
