This horrible scam of a company called me asking me if I wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit cards to 6.9 percent? When they asked if I had a balance and I said "no", they almost instantly hung up on me without answering any of my questions regarding what kind of company they are.
They assume you are an ape with no reasoning abilities and hang up on you.
If I can reach a manager through this line, I hope to get the CSR fired that I spoke with on the phone.
She treated me like garbage and wouldnt even give me the name of the company so I could look it up.
I think this company is a scam and I hope to post horrible things about them in the future.
