The same thing. Some Michelle ("investigator") left a threatening message mentioning a specific "case number" and demanding call her back immediately, otherwise the "case" would go to a court. I called her and demanded stop bothering me.
I believe the more people call her back and put her in her place, the sooner we'll get rid of such scammers.

I recieved a phone call from this number from a Mr Stone, he left a message on my phone stating I had better call him back because he needed to tell his attourneys what to do with my "case." After reading about National Credit Works on this board I called him back. He would not tell me what Law firm or Attorneys he represented yet wanted a bunch of information from me...ie dob, last 6 of social etc.. When I refused to comply after he refused to answer my questions he said I would be charged with defrauding a lending institution....some payday advance company or something.... Ill repost if I hear back from him......scumbag...wouldnt give me any info .....Scam

This same number called me today, but this time it was a guy called Mr. Stone. When I called the number back it went straight to an automated voicemail. Is this a scam???

I spoke with Michelle, "Senior Investigator"-- she was the one who answered the phone right away, I did not have ask or dial for EXT 301, as her phone message stated.
The Company is National Credit Works out of New York and they were calling regarding a 2007 debt.

This people have called my cell phone and my work place. The message includes a Case Number and the words"concerning a serious legal issue". I have Googled the phone number but there is very little useful information. The caller id herself as Michelle Stonr, lead investigator.
