it kept spam calling my phone, I never answered so I just kept declining it, IT WAS 3:08 IN THE MORNING!

Rec'd a call on my home line then my cell asking to confirm my identity and stated the name of my company.  In both cases I just hung up.  My home and cell lins are on the DNC list. If they are a credit collector it would be odd since I have no overdue debt.

Called at 8:30 this morning asking for someone I had never heard of.  Only answered b/c it came in as Georgia and my husband is working there now.  Just told them it was a wrong #.  Let's see if they call again.

yep got this call but he ask for someone else's name that i don't even know.  I said wrong # and hung up. The call was from India,  could not hardly understand what he said accent eas sooooo thick......

They called just now and was looking for a former employee. When the caller was told that we do not give out personal information of past or present employees, he proceeded to threaten and harass they business. Who do we report these people to?

Got a call from this number. The name of the person was Samith Singh. Make sure you call them back and tell them not to call your place of employment and not to call any third party. Do not give them your SS# - your last name is enough. The company is Nationwide Credit Inc. 2002 Summit Blvd., Ste 600 Atlanta, Ga. 30319. Send them a cease and desist letter immediately. They will call your place of employment and anyone else just to get information on you.

this is another tel# nationwide credit uses, they also use678-248-0625 thru 0639. they are very pushy, be careful, they read my bank account number to me and told me they were going to debit my account. I closed it as a precaution

The only debt I ever owed was a defaulted school loan from 1997 (Come on, Realy? 15 years ago?) I had believed this was settled YEARS ago!  Otherwise I have no idea why they are calling.  Getting calls every morning from (770) 812-7070, caller ID says Altisource Corp of Marietta (or Smyrna), GA.  They leave no message so far...

Altisource is a HUGE multinational company (trades on the stock exchange) headquartered in Luxembourg (Luxembourg??? Really???), who wholly owns the subsidiary of Nationwide Credit.  According to their website:
"Where does Altisource conduct business?
We conduct portions of our operations in all 50 states, Luxembourg, India and Uruguay through three reporting segments: Mortgage Services, Financial Services and Technology Services."

My research shows that Altisource's corporate phone number is (888) 255-1791 and the management is listed as:  William B. Shepro, Chief Executive Officer and Director; Robert D. Stiles,
Chief Financial Officer;  Kevin J. Wilcox, Chief Administration Officer and General Counsel (a lawyer from Florida); Shekar Sivasubramanian, Chief Operating Officer Mortgage Services (hmmm he is located in India); Mark Hynes, Chief Operating Officer Technology Products; S. P. Ravi, Chief Risk Officer (also located in India).

I am thinking we should start a calling campaign to their headquaters and ask for their executives...we need to know "their" mother's maiden name and their SS#'s...LOL

Received a call this morning from this number at work, asking for a guy who hasn't worked here in 10 years!  I was his replacement and have his old phone number.  They wanted to verify "location information".  I think they might be calling from India, and I had to explain more than once that yes, I had his old phone number at work, but I have never met the guy and have no idea what his current information is.  He finally said he'd take the number off the list.

My business got taken out by the economy and my poor decisions. Up to my eye balls in debt. I just added this number to my list, 18 long, of numbers that I, Do Not Answer.

I love toying with them. It used to annoy me but after about a year of their BS I just take it in stride. Blood from a stone and all.

This number has been calling every day sometimes 4 times a day ever since I got my phone number. I have told them several times that they have the wrong number but they keep calling anyway. It is bull I don't feel my minutes should be wasted because they are to stupid to take my number off their calling list and figure out that the Danielle person they are looking for does not have this number anymore. I get more phone calls from creditor looking for somebody named Danielle then I get for me. I have thought about getting a fog horn and giving them one more warning to stop calling and then just blasting them with the fog horn if they still insist on calling.

They never leave a message, so I don't respond. If I don't recognize a number, I always let it go to the answering machine. They don't like that. TOO BAD!

They keep calling for someone who doesnt and has not ever lived here and that I have no idea who it is they are looking for and they keep calling so now when I see them on caller ID i pick up the phone and us a blow horn on them.  Fun Fun!!

Collection agency fishing for info on bad debts probably over a year old that they bought from some bank.

Do not give out your personal information. It will only encourage them.
Get their physical address and send a cease and desist letter. If they continue calling you after that letter sue their a$$ off.

Get calls from this number, but also don't answer because they are not on my contact list.  They don't leave a message, so I figure it must not be that important.  The call is supposed to be from GA, but I don't know anybody from there.

I HAVE HAD A TOTAL OF 9 CALLS IN ONE DAY TO MY OFFICE, 17 CALLS TO MY CELL IN 3 DAYS. THEY CALL ASKING FOR SOMEONE AND I TELL THEM THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER THEY ASK ME IF I AM AL. I JUST HANG UP. THEY ARE RUDE, PERSISTENT AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO MY HUSBAND, MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY 3 YEARS AGO. THE LAST TIME, I CALLED THEM BACK , GAVE THEM MY NUMBER AND ASKED WHO CALLED ME AND HE WAS GOING TO TRANSER ME TO THE EXTENSION I TOLD HIM I JUST WANTED THE EXTENSION NUMBER THAT I WOULD CALL HIM MYSELF, HE GOT ANGRY WITH ME BECAUSE I REFUSED TO HAVE HIM CONNECT ME, I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS GOING TO CALL THE TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL AND REPORT THEM FOR ALL THE HARASSMENT CALLS.

Got around 3 straight calls from this number, I answered the next. When they asked for someone my response was that, "before I give them any information, first I need to know what's his mother occupation". They hang up.
When they call be rude and they won't harass you any more, don't do it if you return the call

Why is this number calling me 24-7   I don't have any credit cards of any kind.....stop this outfit from calling please.  They even call my cell phone.
