I get call after call from this number. I got so sick of the calls that I set my phone to restrict calls from all number except contacts. Who does this number belong to? I am sick of these calls. They never leave a message on my voice mail they just hang up.

After waiting on the line a few moments, I was instructed to wait longer for an important message from Aspire / Tribute Credit Cards.

WAKE UP/  remember when you filled out that mvp,or rewards to get special offers? the fine print said they could share your info with their friends,well the bastards sold your info for $25-$300 bucks a pop now you get phone calls and snail mail quite frequently HUH!  next time or now re-apply but give a ficticous name,address,phone number and see how fast you quit getting their junk.ENOUGH SAID?

this is from an aspire credit card thing.... i don't know why they're callin because I don't owe anyone any type of money.  other comments say that it is froma  collection agency...go figure?!?

I am also getting calls all day long, over and over again, and they breaking the law by harrasing me in this manner. Does anyone have the address where I can send a cease and desist letter? Does anyone know what address I should send this letter to? Thanks for your help!

They call every hour on the hour.  Isnt there a limit to the amount of times they can call you? They call me so much that i have 40 calls on my caller ID by the end of the day, the calls start at 8:01am and dont STOP until 8:59 pm.  I cant take much more of this!

Calling my work..don't have a card through them..WTF!?

I keep getting calls from this number. I do not have nor have I ever had a card with these guys. They won't stop calling and I never speak to anyone to tell them to stop calling. I finally restricted all calls on my phone to contacts only. Then it doesn't track as a missed call and since they never leave a message I don't see that they call.

Always calling with fax machine, leaving the sound on our voice messages 5 times a day. We have no credit cards,so why are they calling us!

they dont have to stop unless you write them a letter.if you do that legaly they have to stop

I keep receiving calls from 8882714332 several times a day.  I do not have an Aspire Visa or any Visa card.  I finally answered and a lady asked if she can speak to ____ I replied that they have the wrong number she kept asking if that person lived at this number or if I know who the person is and then politely said thanks and she hung up.  They better stop calling me is all I know.

One of the other posters is correct.  This is Aspire Visa calling for payment.  I used to work in collections.  A collection company can contact you as many times as they want during the day as long as they do not leave a message.  This is why they hang up.  Their auto dialer is calling you and hanging up before you answer or voice mail.  If they leave more than two messages a day (per phone number) it is harrassment according to the Fair Credit Act.  That means if they have two or three phone numbers for you they are allowed to leave two messages per phone number.  They can of course call a hundred times if you don't pick up.

they keep calling my cell phone.  And even when I told them to stop calling, they kept calling, asking for 'Adam'.  I told them to stop calling, that no on by the name of adam uses this number.  Still kept calling! I even threatened to get them on harassment.

I've just gotten the 4th phone call from these yahoos.  The amazing thing is, I've just paid off my Aspire card and requested it to be closed.  This is harassment.  

To Granny of 3 - I believe the laws governing collection agencies state that an agency can only call you once a day.  You need to report them to the Attorney General of your state !

The calls are coming from Aspire Visa.

They start calling up to five times a day, when a payment is seven days past due.

They call me 20 times a day on my cell and work #...but they never leave a message.  Very annoying

it was some kind of recording they left on my voicemail. but it cut off after only a couple of seconds, so I was unable to determine who it was from.
