I talked to him today and he was offended that I called so many times to get in touch with him.  The first time I said" scam" and he cut me off, and the second time, he called me a derogatory name and told me not to call back.
I called back and left a message that said, don't call me ever again and then there is no need for me ever to call you back.
I couldn't even get to what the motives of this was.

I don't owe any one is totally a SCAM. I don't know how they got my number.  If you were wanted by law enforcement they wouldn't give you heads up, they would just come get you.

I got a call saying they were a Lucia Smith, a "process server for the state" and a complaint had been filed against my name and social security number.  I was told to call this number and ask for Ronald Nunley or the complaint would be taken to court.  Sounds fishy, no details were given except for my name.  I don't plan to call back.

From Mary Adams, personal locator in Washington.  Looking for Renee Greenholt with my social security.  Have to reply or have an arrest warrant for me.  I have no idea who this person is and I do NOT give out my cell phone number, so obviously it is a robo-dial.  As a senior it's scare.  Did someone get MY SSN, but I'm not going to give them my SSN.  Supposedly Atty's name is Ronald Nunley at this #.
