she asked for me on my cell!! by last name, then hung up

They sent me a text message on a pivrate cell phone number and when i ask where they was located they hung up on me. I did find out the supervisors name is Art and the opertaor name is Katy. I reported it to the local police department and they told me t is a tele marketer that they are drawing up papers to take they to court for fraud!

received a text on a cell (also on Do Not Call list) about DirecTV deals - this number was at the bottom - sounded like they were in India but they forwarded me to American Satellite out of San Diego, CA a legit DirecTV retailer (can you smell another huge fine for DirecTV from the FTC). When pressed the call center said they were in Gardentown Florida - B.S.
I filed a complaint on the FCC site (unwanted commercial solicitation and a DNC list violation).

FYI...these are people calling from overseas trying to reach someone here in the US. Unfortunately, sometimes phone lines get crossed or numbers are miss dialed.

1ST TIME CALLED, I ANSWERED.  (OBVIOUSLY) FOREIGN LADY ASKING FOR ME (INCORRECTLY PRONOUNCED MY NAME), INSTANT QUEUE TO HANG UP. HAVE RECEIVED 2 OTHER MISSED CALLS THE NEXT DAY FROM THEM. NOT SURE WHO IT IS THOUGH.
