no message left

I keep getting unwanted calls from this number. can it stop.

I have also received repeated phone calls and messages from this company, claiming to be trying to collect a debt.  It is always a machine, not a person to actually talk to.  When I finally was exhausted by the repeated phone calls (anywhere from 8 am til 9 pm) I called them, and did immediately receive a live person, who was very rude.  I did call several times to try to get information about them, and eventually they all hung up on me.  I am quite suspicious and have reported them to my state attorney general's office.  They did say, "If you would just say this isn't you we would stop calling."  Why should I have to call a machine back to get it to stop calling me?  Even if what they are doing is "legal" technically, it is certainly against sound business practices.  I plan to pursue this.

most companies well let me say "real companies" would not post in forums like these. let alone even be in them. get a life and quit ripping people off.

I received a call from 888-275-8116 and when I asked who was calling they would only tell me there first name and continued to ask rudely for me. I asked again who was calling and they continued to avoid the question. I finally became irritated and said this is her and told him to eff off and as i was hanging up I heard him say "are you gonna pay your effin phone bill"

I become very suspicious, because I have no phone bill. my bills are paid. I googled the number and found all kinds of scam related references to this number.  

Anyone who receives a call from this number, i urge you to not give any personal information until you can confirm the debt with a real company that you know you may have debt with.

I cannot believe the way I was treated when I answered this number. I gotta tell ya, they gotta be some criminals because this is how I would picture one to act. Come on, they wont give you any answers, claim that i have debt with something i frankly don't, and expect me to speak with someone who isn't going to tell me who they are.

the weirdest thing was, i was with my boyfriend and they called his phone and I just happened to be with him and he handed me the phone and said, answer this I don't recognize the number!! my boyfriend and I don't even live together! what a bunch of loosers.

I will be keeping track of there harassment and if anyone can be of any assistance in information on these people, i would greatly appreciate it.

Call the number and tell us we have the wrong number. I don't believe you ever told us that we did. Had you done so the calls would stop. Also you are exaggerating the calls you get in a day. At most you would get one call a day from my office. Even that is unlikely.

I have been getting calls from this 888 area code since I got my new phone number..(3 months ago) I told them I just got this number and that I am not who they want! (Margie or something like that..) Anyway, they won't listen!! The calls continue to come...anywhere from 4 to as many as 8 A DAY!!! What else can I do?????
