Received automated message. Called them back immediately. They stated they were looking for an "Abbey." I told them I was obviously not Abbey, and they stated they would remove my number from the list.

I've had my cell phone number for at least 6 years now.  A recorded message stating this is Payment America Systems and that they are calling to obtain information regarding a debt.  When I called them back they said they were looking for an Edward somebody.  Told them not to call my cell phone again and they replied that they would not.
