Received a message at my office number from "Patricia Johnson from the Firm of Russell, Reynolds and Ingrim".  She said it was regarding "recovery work".

I called the number back and the operator answered the phone "Professional Services".  

The operator said her line was busy and offered to take a message.
I did not leave a message

I asked the operator "What is the name of this company?" She responded "Professional Services".

I then asked her "Is this a law firm?" The operator hung up on me!

Sounds fishy to me!  I owe no one money so if it is a collection agency, they have the wrong number!

Suspicious Call unkown but acting like law firm

Rec'd call "This is Patricia Johnson with Russell, Reynolds, and Ingram".  Please return my call to 888.280.2636.  It was abrupt and sounded very urgent.

When returning call, she was not available, and the receptionist would not disclose what kind of business it was, who Patricia Johnson is, nor what the call was in reference to.

Some kind of threat

same thing happened to us at our office called and made it sound urgent and call me or else.  I called back late in the evening seeing if a machine would come on.  I got no one is available you will be disconected now.  I am sure it is some kind of scam.

I have no idea what she wanted but she called my office and left a message also.

Patricia Johnson leaves an illegible message.  It sounds like she's talking with coffee grinds in her mouth
