It's a debt collection agency called Afformative or Formative Recovery. I called the number and hung up. They never leave a message.

I rec'd a call, and when I answered, there was no reply and then a disconnect. i called the 888 number back, and it is Formative Recovery. I spoke to the agent and the call was not for us and they noted it and said they would not bother us again.
