Total scam. I don't have the card they are saying I owe over $600 on. AND they sound so legitimate...probably 10 people sitting in a garage trying to get SS #s and bank info. They told me I could pay over the phone....yeah right!

Not all companies work Mon thru Fri like but lists of people do collection companies work on weekends to collect past due accounts on people they can't reach during the week.

Yeah, someone from this number called me on a SUNDAY morning. You know any legitimate company operates only during normal business hours. They wanted me to give them my address and last 4 digits of my SS number to verify the information they have on my file. When I asked what address they have, the caller wouldn't give it to me. They said I haven't paid my Shell credit card in two months. I just called Shell account services, and my balance is zero! ZERO! So quit calling me!!
