they don't leave messages just call and hang up who is it???

These people call several times a day.  I have our mortgage with them but ALWAYS pay on time.  There is no reason for them to call incessantly.  They have also called before 8  in the morning and AFTER 9 at night.  I have a record of all the calls, times and numbers they use.  If this were so important why not send a certified letter?   I finally got smart and blocked their number.  I'm sure they will try using another one to get through.  I shall block that one as well.  It's a shame the F.T.C. doesn't get a hold of them and start fining them for harassment.

This is a Citi Financial (One Main Financial) robocall.  Every weekday between 8am and 8:10 am- never leaves a message (they have other callers leaving messages to lower my interest rate...) they call several times every day and even on weekends. When I answer, I get the" important message.. stay on the line" but that's all I ever get. no real person ever comes back. I always pay on same date and keep OMF informed of all payments-which I make online because they shut down local storefront offices. CF calls relentlessly anyway.

You're right.  I keep making my payment here in town and ignoring the calls.  Well, yesterday I answered the call not realizing who it was. The guy on the other end said that I owe $250.00 from march 2009.  I am stunned!  He said that I made a partial payment 3 years ago and it is still due.  WRONG!  Citi does not accept partial payments.

This is Citifinancial.  I'm a week late on my mortgage, but they don't play games.  However, they are not leaving voicemails, so i'm not calling back.  They'll get they're money when they get it.  In regards to folks getting calls BEFORE their mortgage is due, you'd better check on your account, because that happened to me a couple of months ago and it turned out they didn't apply a payment correctly, which could have messed up my credit if I hadn't caught it.  Keep those payment receipts... online or otherwise!!!!

I know -- I had this number on my caller ID 13 times yesterday and my payment is not due until end of month.  These folks at Citifinancial are relentless.  They call and never leave a message.

This number was on my caller ID 18 times when I got home yesterday.  My payment isn't due for 10 more days.  WTF?

When answered, it states that it is Citifinancial with an important message and to cal....gives a number.
