I have gotten the same call and they just hang up. I called it back and it was COX communication. I saw somewhere else people said it was COX as well.

Same thing happened to me, although when I called Cox communications, they said nobody had called me. The person calling is a fraud posing as COX.

Cox Communications - calling to sell services. I called 3 times to get put on the do not call list. They kept calling and each time I would answer I was hung up on. I called the number back and asked for a manager. A guy named Tyler Parker got on the phone, assured me I was on the do not call list, so he wasn't sure why I continued to get calls. I told him to look in the system and fire the jack@$$ that keeps calling and hanging up. Ridiculous!

They called to tell me i can upgrade my internet for free for 3 months. I had to tell him TWICE that after i talk to my husband i will call him back. At the end I said have a great day, he said Mmhmm and hung up. BAD customer service there! Then i get another call from them not even 2 minutes after.
Call it back and it says a rep will be with you shortly.
