Got call about 7:15 pacific time answered phone,nobody there.

called the number back, 'to continue in english, press 1, to continue in Russian, press 2"?  why would anyone from Russia call me?

Calling me on my cell every day ... called them back gave them my number and told then to cease the calls ... guess englinsh is the second or third language ... next day ..they called again .. getting to the point with the crap calls , that I think I can get by without a cell phone

Got several calls from this number. Two times I was trying to respond, they just hung up. I think these are some kind of b*****ds. They have configured Asterisk to poll all possible numbers to detect and list active ones. When you responding, their system detects living voice then lists your number into their database. Then later you'll start to receive a lot of s***: ads, scam calls, etc...  
THE SOLUTION:

1)  never respond when you see number like +888xxxxxxx ! Well, if it's too annoying just press red button to cancel it(Hung UP).
2) If you have VoIP phone, ask you phone operator to black list this s***. For example my provider has nice web interface where I can manage the blacklisting myself.

 It would be nice to have a cell phone with blacklisting function.

got some Indian on the line and left the line open as usual laughing at her response.... helloooooooooooooo helloo? Helo?

called at lunch time do not know this number and do not want anymore calls from this caller
