well, i'm looking into it.  checked my credit report , nothing on it saying i was past due or in litigation with anyone!

I did call back but only hear the message guess no one there just about now California time 9:40pm.  I got case number 104061 officially been notified

thanks, did he tell you anything about the claim against you.  i can't remeber who i talked to.  didn't have paper and pen with me at the time to write it all down.  debating on whether to call back and get name of company and address.

got message same thing say I have been files with court order with case number need my info : adress and employment identify himself Derrick Jones.

said they were a mediation company and wanted me to settle wtih them or go to court.  i have never heard of or taken a loan with the company they said i had.(quickpayday.com)

i also was told that i owed on a past debt.  they contacted my mother and brother, but not me.  my mom gave me the phone number and a claim #!  they wanted me to settle with them or go to court.

Got this message on my phone asking for verification for service of process of a court order.  Also says CONSIDER YOURSELF OFFICIALLY NOTIFIED.  The message was not for me, so the person they're trying to reach has no idea they're being sued. He did say it was a mediation firm, but I have no idea what that is.

Saying they are a mediation firm and did not give me any information about what I owe or to whom.
