I recieved a phone call out of the blue yesterday by a Mr. Rick Alexander and at first I thought this was another jerk over the phone until I actually listened to what he had to say, Mr. Rick gave me information about my past that at first made me feel very uncomfortable but he didnt belittle me about my past and actually used my  information to help me clear an oversight that i thought had been resolved!!

I just received a call from this guy as well. I let it go to voicemail as I was on the phone. His message was intimidating to say the least. It included the "My name is...... I am with the investigative unit looking for....." He also gave a case number that was unintellligible except for the CMS in front of the numbers. Thank heaven I checked this site before returning the call. No other info was given. No company name, nothing except attempting to sound like law enforcement. He was scary, even in his message. Is he for real? The State's Attorney in Texas says it is not against the law to owe money, and that an "investigator" would normally work through local law enforcement. What gives, does anyone know?

I  GOT A  CALL  FROM   MR. RICK  ALEXANDER  AT 1ST I FOUND HIM TO BE  A BIT INTIMIDATING UNTIL I GOT A  CHANCE TO FULLY LISTEN TO  HIM, THAT I FOUND OUT,  THAT HE WAS  JUST TRYING TO GIVE ME SOME OPTIONS ON HOW TO HANDLE MY SITUATION, AFTER TALKING TO HIM FOR OVER  TEN MINUTES WE CAME TO A FAIR SOLUTION, I'M GLAD I GOT THE CHANCE TO TALK TO HIM, BECAUSE IN THE PAST I'VE DEALT WITH SOME OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD THAT NEVER GAVE ME A   CHANCE TO TALK.

Rick Alexander called my home on 8/17/2010 and demanded to speak to Charlene Hxxx, demanded to know who he was speaking to. Indicated he was the Lead Investigator on case # CMS1042 and continued to badger the person that answered the phone. There is no person by that name in my home and Rick was obviously fishing. He did not, would not identify the company he was with and lead the person taking the call to believe that he was some sort of a law enforcement person but without giving any real supporting evidence.

A man named Rick Alexander called our company and first asked for our Human Resources dept, which is located in another city.  He was given the toll-free number to HR but then he asked to speak to our payroll dept, and was again directed to call the toll-free number and could then be connected to Payroll but he wanted to speak to someone in HR at our location so the call was transferred to me.  I asked if I could help him and he asked if I was familiar with [employee's name].  I said I was.  He said he was with the Investigations Unit (but failed to mention WHOSE investigations unit, which was a red flag) and said he needed to speak to the employee.  I informed him I would have to take a message so he proceeded to give me this phone number, his extension and the case number which contained the letters "TJP" and as he gave me each letter, he followed it with words that would make one think he was with a law enforcement agency (can't remember the exact words but they were along the lines of "trust", "justice" and "protection").  After our call, I looked up the number on the internet to find the company, WMI Financial, is a debt settlement company and this guy has nothing to do with enforcing the law or judicial investigations.  Rick Alexander definitely had an attitude and could be intimidating to unwary persons.
