This is a company called BILLVIEW- they pretend they're NOT the company you
ve a problem with, but the company they give you off to IS a shell-company (this whole thing's owned by a BANK- I'm not gonna say which and be wrong with the name, but you CAN check it for yourself.

They are involved with CRAMMING- They contact your phone co., and say that YOU HAVE GIVEN PERMISSION for some service (e.g.- some sort of voicemail). THEN they bill your phone company a LOT more than you'd pay (appx $10-$15), but NOT TOO MUCH- they prey upon you not arguing over small little items on your bill.

#1 Have your phone service (I'd do my cable as well) and have 3rd PARTY BILLING- BLOCKED.

#2 I'd call BIllview and yell at them. It's sleazy what they do
