Who is this telemarketer that acts like they are part of the Teamsters?

Mr. Reed contacted our office and apologized for any misunderstanding.

John Reed is extremely rude and very unprofessional!!  He has some account manager at Laska Inc., call and ask for the attorney for a client referral.  When told that I screen the calls for referrals, she tells me to call the President John Reed at 1-888-296-7477.  When I called him he was pissed that his account manager didn't leave the correct message.  I stated I would be happy to help him and he said he didn't have 2-3 minutes to talk to me, he wanted the attorney to call him back.  Well Mr. Reed, my attorney is busy taking care of his clients and cannot take every telemartketing call.

Is this real?
