These idiots have no idea what time it is in other provinces. They can't speak English, can't pronounce your name, so who are they and why do they call at a ridiculous time in the early morning. I don't care who they are, they are just plain STUPID!!!! OR WHAT Never said who he was either, probably can't pronounce it!!!!

received a call from this number and the caller could not talk english properly, had a strong accent and claimed I knew what it was about. I have no idea who this is or why they were calling. Who or what is this number for. Thank you
