This number called twice.  I did'nt answer and no message was left.

i do not know this number and they call 6 or 7 times a day and night
I want them to stop

Aggressive, rude caller who said he was from Navy Veterans Support Group

...i added them to my automatic call rejection list on the cell phone. annoying people.

Called just now - I answered - Kevin Odem (sp?) stating he's from ACS, Navy veteran....blah...blah...blah.... I cut hom off - and ask him to remove my number from his calling list. He said he would. Yeah, right, we'll see.

The said they were with ACS, representing the some organization that gives carepackages to US Navy troops overseas.
When I asked them how they got my unlisted DNC-registry home phone number, one person said "I think we buy them from places like Best Buy, Circuit City, etc." and his manager said "we buy them from places like CVS, Kroger, anyplace you might have given your phone number."

I called CVS, and they said absolutely, for no reason, would they ever sell our number to any 3rd-party.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!

These bastards won't give up. Now they are calling, leaving no message, and not even picking up so they can keep annoying me. I'll never give in! At one point they even said "send us $15 dollars and we'll quit calling you".

he said we were Navy veteran so and so....
they wanted some money to send care packages to our troops

I have told these people numerous times to stop call. I just filed a complaint with the FTC.

Called asking for someone that doesnt live here, then kept angrily asking "Well, who is this!?"

8:06 PM ON A MONDAY NIGHT.... Too bad I'm at work when they call...My answering machine says... "The number you have reached has been disconnected..."

charitable organizations are exempt from the "Do Not Call List" - get calls several times a day including night and weekend calls. annoying but unfortunately legal.

I have gotten several calls from this #, w/ no msg left on caller id. What the heck is a msg service good for, if the caller doesn't leave a msg?? If they are a charity fund raising group, as several previous msgs have said, they are specifically EXEMPT from the "donotcall" list!! I think they ought to be exempt, too, if they are "for profit", as most of these "auto-dials" are!!

Sunday 5:03pm - Got a call from "Unknown Name". Rude man asked for Mr.(my first name). I asked what the call was in regard several times and he just kept asking for Mr.(my first name). When I wouldn't answer his question, he hung up on me. Good luck getting me to answer next time.

They called last night, a holiday weekend, asking for someone who does not live here.  

I wish the feckless FTC would enforce the law on these criminals.

This number calls me constantly at various times during the day and late evening.  I do not answer this number because I recognize it.  The ID is shown as Tollfree number.

Unfortunately they are giving legitimate charities a bad name.  It is too bad that they are allowed to continue.

i called the number back and it's a charity telemarketer for navy veterans.  Called on a sunday at 4:30pm.

who is this....i dont owe anyone any money! have had the same phone # for 17 yrs
