This type of service is used by very small home run companies and can not afford a real store front or by criminals who wish to mask their true identity, the latter being the most common client.

yes, they're promoting this company on a complaint site. Google search of Iexperts leads to long term complaints http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/5202041097 and http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/02033717729  A straight google search for Iexperts leads to Australia. First Iexperts dot com search led to advertizing page, funny. Then another search again led to Australia. The address they gave led to a Virtual office. Spam is Spam!

Coming to INDIA, Yes the support is located in India, but I don't think you are not aware of the fact that world's best technician are from INDIA ( are you a racist or jealous about this fact), Well my friend to introduce you with this fact lemme again make you aware that Technical support team of INTUIT is sitting in INDIA it self and I have been a part of that team for 6 long years, and only Quickbooks Enterprise Support team is in US which works on Weekdays only and again on weekends those support calls get routed to INDIA, when the Manufacturer of a product trust Indians for the support and services then I hope  that tells why we have a support in India, Because Indian is providing best of the services in the market and that is too from more than 15 years.
Biggest point is that to prove the legitimacy of business or reliability of ours we have our customer surveys with us and we are not required to get a certification of your words for that matter of fact.

and yes we can still continue this talk but I might reply a bit slow as usual , because for me providing services to my customers is more important than this kind of talks.
