Ty Im getting like 10 calls a day from them and there still calling my house about my father in law and his past 2 years ago

these people call me like twice, sometmes three times a day!!! it is getting really annoying and the person who they are asking for its not me.... ugh !

Keeps calling for a couple of months...I am not that person.  No way to call back to correct their info.
Tells me to hang up if not the person they are calling...I always do.  Still keeps calling

10 calls in 7 days for Johhny walker and jack weber. My wife and I both got back to these clowns after their robocalls, asked to be removed and were told they only called us once. Then they call again the next day and when i try to be polite the female who answers the call is quite rude. These people are evil. We don't owe any debt and we are not whoever they are calling for but yet they continue to call. Evil.

I have been receiving calls from this number for over 6 months asking for Richard Blair.  I do not know who Richard Blair is and I don't take the calls.  This is very stressful and I wish these people would get it through their thick heads that they have the wrong number

These people keep leaving a message for some that is not at my phone number or address.

As an update; the company has continued to call me despite the fact that I corresponded with one of their representatives by email who assured me my number would be removed from their database.

This company has called me twice in the past 24 hours and left messages for two DIFFERENT people (neither of whom are me because I don't have any outstanding debts).  Their record-keeping is so shoddy they can't even discern that they've got the same (wrong) number down for two different individuals they're pursuing cases against.  You can report them to the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau (as I did) at this link:

Once again the robocaller from hell!  I successfully rid myself of them calling endlessly for someone I do not know @ 6 months ago !  They,re back calling for another person who doesn't live at this number!   Geesh it must be an epidemic of idiot collectors calling for people I don't know cuz I have been getting a lot and this number has been mine for over 20 years!  Unbelivable!  It would be a full time job to contact all these callers with cease and decist letters and they just come back calling for someone else!  I am glad they aren't calling for me, but enough already!

calling my number asking for a woman that doesn't live in my home. This is getting to be nerve wrecking. Three or four time a day.

I get calls daily (often more than one) from this number. The caller ID shows the number and the name Roushe. They have asked for a person I don't know. I've had my phone number over 30 years, so I know this person never had my phone number. I tell them I don't know know the person they ask for, but apparently they don't believe me and keep calling. My phone allows me to block numbers, so I did that. They just keep calling.

These people don't give up. Same old taped message of, "This message is for Clint Walker, If you are not Clint Walker please hang up". After my last post I have received 2 more calls from them. The last call was today. I was so fed up I called my telephone provider to have their calls blocked. Today I called back Broush Sterm and the lady I talked to said they didn't have my number in their system or do they have the name of Clint Walker. I told them I have caller ID and I know you have been calling my number. I told her the last time I called I talked to Candice about it and she immediately switched me over to her phone (she just wanted to get out of it) Candice never answered her phone. This is harassment!! I have never known a Clint Walker in my life! I take care of my elderly mother who has had a stroke in my home. Sometimes she will try to get to the phone and I worry she will hurry to fast and trip. If that happens, they will have hell to pay!!@! There are even times they call early in the morning and wake us up. I am really mad over this!

I'm getting the same calls constantly from a "Wendy" with this firm, I too do not want to get rid of a number I have had for 30 plus years - this company needs to be reined in some how, they random call and hope they hit the right person and they don't believe you when you tell them you are not that person

Today I received my 10th call in the last 2 months from these people - they are calling for someone with my last name and same first initial (my phone number is listed with just my first and middle initials, and last name, so they are phishing numbers.  I have explained each and every time there is no "Dena" at this number/address and to quit calling.  I got the recorded message today on my answering machine "if you are not Dena please hang up since this message contains confidential information", of course an answering machine can't hang up therefore I got all the information and now they believe they have reached the right person.  I called the number back and got an "answering service", I informed them of my number and who they were calling for I do not know, have never heard of and has never lived here and to remove my number of I would be suing for harrasment.  If this doesn't work, the land line will be ditched and I will be going to only cellular (of course I will inform my land line carrier of why I'm doing it to see what they say).  This firm is a nuisance and a joke

They left a message for the person they call for who isn't me (that person now gets about 10 times the calls I do at my number).  I called them back and reached their answering service.  I told them to relay they had the wrong number and to remove my number.  I don't expect that will work, but we'll see ...  I'm now keeping a spreadsheet of all these calls with dates and times. I hate to dump my number of 20 years, but
I guess that may have to happen.  Maybe I'll start harassing them with legal claims shortly.

I keep getting recorded calls from this number asking for someone else. They call 3 or 4 times a week. Here of late they have been calling and hanging up. Today I called them back and said I am not the person you are trying to reach. The lady was rude! And I got rude back. She said she would take my number off but we will see. Glad I don't owe any money to them. Talk about harassment! They better take my number off their list! I take care of my elderly mother in my home, and they seem to always call at a bad time and too much.

I've been receiving robocalls for someone, not me, for the last week.  These guys call a number of times each day (so many times that I've set the number to go straight to voicemail).  The messages they leave on my voicemail actually tell me "if I'm not 'so and so' then I should stop listening right now ..." which I of course do, but somehow they're not getting the message that I've done exactly as they've directed, and they continue to call over and over and over again (weird).  I guess eventually I'll have to call them and argue that I'm not the person they're looking for and that they should stop calling.  I'll get aggravated when they refuse to believe me. They'll continue to call. I'll try ignoring them for awhile longer. Then I'll try arguing with them again.  And finally they'll eventually believe me and stop calling.  Then a new one will start calling ... Other debt collectors have called for the same person or others with the same last name (fairly common last name).  You work at setting the record straight with one debt collector and then another pops into its place.  There's no end.  I guess they just keep reselling the same bad debt to a new bottom-feeder.

I'm thinking this will be the catalyst to finally just dump the home phone and save a few bucks.  Too bad there's no easy way to stop this kind of phone harassment.

I get calls from these people everyday for a Nathan Meyers and i have no way of telling them to stop calling me.

They Have been calling everyday looking for someone else.  It is a recorded message. With no opportunity to inform them WRONG NUMBER. Only says if the person they are looking for is not there you should hang up. But that does not stop the phone calls. They left a message on my answering machine giving personal and confidential info on the person they were looking for. I then filed a complaint with the FTC under the fair debt collections act. I called them to ask them to quit calling as the person they are looking for is not here, never has been here, they have the wrong number.  i got an automated answering system that stated I needed to provide them with my SS number. After several attempts I found a way to get through there system and speak with a real live person. I informed them The person they were looking for has never been here they have the wrong number! I also informed them I had already filed a complaint with the FTC.  I was promptly told I have no rite to threaten them, they are a law firm and can do as they please they promptly hung up.

I have been dealing with Rauch, Strum, Israel and Hornik for about a year now. I have agreed to payments because the debt they are trying to collect is a valid debt.
On 12-28-2012, I received in the mail two identical letters stating that they would be be taking a payment on 12-27-2012. This would be the correct date and amount for what I agreed to and that they have been taking out for at least a year.
When I tried to call them back to check on why I was getting the letter, the phone number on the letter was answered by an auto-answer machine thanking me for inquiring on a house for sale through Century 21 which is listed at $335,000.
I am pretty sure if I am trying to contact a debt collection agency, I am not in the market for a house that is selling for over three times what my current house is worth.
When I called the number I have saved for contacting them, and making through the "your call will be answered in two minutes...one minute thirty seconds..." I got hung up on. So I called back again, this time after waiting the two minutes, I got someone in the payment office that would not talk to me about the letter and tried to send me to the right department (which may have already gone home), I left a message for them to call me back this was Friday the 28th.. 888-302-4010 is who called (but did not leave a message). In my dealings with them, I have never been answered in less than the two minutes (I get the vision of the person sitting in front of the computer with a timer... ok it is now to zero, I can answer now). I checked my checking account and the payment went through, so I know I am in the clear. I'll have to try them when I get home and have the letter in front of me to make sure they are not pulling anything to charge me more.

DO NOT CALL LIST [so-called] IS JUST A BIG JOKE.  
However, everyone should keep filing their complaints,
and to keep their own respective log regarding same.

I keep a separate TEXT FILE named for each and every
number I receive these damned calls from, and then to
just add to it, most recent call at the top.

Nothing is going to happen on this, unless "EVERYONE"
continually bombards the FBI, your CONGRESSMAN,
your LOCAL TV NEWS, any and all NEWSPAPERS, etc.
I have been doing this myself, but will not continue to
be the only one doing it.  Strongly suspect that at least
the FBI has now "black-balled" my email name.  Either
that, or they simply responnd as "NOT READ," just as my
Congresswoman; Kay Granger of Texas has also done.

I am receiving computer-generated phone calls almost every single morning, afternoon and evening, waking me up practically every single day asking to speak to somebody named "Hong Min" from phone number 888-302-4010. There is no way to stop the calls or speak to a live person, they obviously have the wrong number, but I am unable to reach anyone at this so-called Roushe company (the name that displays on my caller id with the number). They just keep calling to the point that it is harrassing me and disturbing my sleep. If I ring the number back, its just a busy signal. I just want these people to leave me alone, they are relentless and I am unable to reach to let them know they are calling the wrong person. Does anyone know how to reach this company and make them stop calling? Thank you!

I have received calls daily for months, for someone that has a different first name than I do. They play a pre-recorded message that doesn't even make logical sense.
