Have left me messages the past two days they are coming well guess what no one has come!!  If someone is really having "you served" they don't call and notify you in advance they just show up!

I've been getting these calls for years. Its complete b***s***.

This company has been calling and harrassing myself and my family also calling my job site which is a prison stating they have papers to serve on me to be in court.  Scam

This is a crank call trying to solicite money for some unexplainable bill I owed....I owe no such bill SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Same situation I was informed I had a payday loan and will be served with papers to appear in court and will be contacted by authorities. I spoke with Kara PCS 855-285-4254. Called back and spoke with owner Adam Banks after reading previous post I'm glad I didn't pay them anything. SCAM

Got a call today looking for my ex from 15 years ago. Says he used me as a reference in 2009  and that I am duly notified and served. Says I need to go to court. I need to tell them where he is as they are issuing a warrant for his arrest. I have not seen or heard from him since 1995. Told them I'd like nothing more than to see him arrested and since I live in another state they could pay for any fees. They told me to hire an atty. really?  What possible thing are they getting from this. I have also been bombarded by calls for his wife as debt collectors. How do they link me to these losers.

I received the same calls from this "Don" guy.  This is a complete scam, he said he was going to show up at my home or my office.  Still waiting for Don to show his face.  Don't respond to his scare tactics, he is just trying to scam money.

Well they didn't show up at my door with their papers for me to sign imagine that. LOL

LMAO they called me again this afternoon and it was Jada Lawson saying she would be here within an hour or so and that I would need two forms of ID and a witness, well now if I owed someone money they would have my ID and why do I need a witness I have decided if she does show up I am going to tell her to bring her documents to my attorneys office, because for some reason these people want me to pay them but don't want to give me any paperwork as to the debt they say I owe, well who is crazy enough to do that without paperwork and  they say it was from the year of 2007 well my gosh I know in 2007 I was working and making very good money and didn't need any loans of anytime so I say bring it Jada I am waiting. LOL

Here I am again!  Letting everyong know that these people never showed up!  Imagine that!

Another thing if they call you back we should tell them ok we will meet you at our local police department wonder how they would like this???  LOL  take care you all I will keep you updated if I hear from them again.

Who are these people that is doing this and why can't they be stopped? I had the same phone call two days ago from Julio at the 888-302-5835 phone number saying the same things that they have said to all of you basically if I don't pay by Friday (yesterday) I would be served court papers, I am not worried about these people obliviously this is a scam they said they worked for the First Bank of Delaware which I also do not believe but whatever I have enough stress in my life and I don't need the added stress from them so I have blocked their number and am not going to worry about them. You all take care & God Bless and please don't be worried about these idiots I don't think they can do anything to any of us but threaten us so they can get our money don't fall for it.

I just checked voice mail and got a message that they would be here yesterday between the hours of 4-5 to serve my husband and that he had to have two forms of id and had to sign. Please put dogs away if you have dogs. Well guess what I have dogs and my yard is posted so bring it hope you get out with your pants on. Said his name is Tony Castro at least you couild understand this one. The number he gave to call back was 888-302-5835

Don't worry, they called us and said similiar things as well but said they'd be here today to serve us.  I'll let you know what happens.

I recieved another call today, this time from a private name/number but still from PCS!  This time from Amber Smith saying I was being ridiculous and when I told her that I'd looked up PCS online and read that it was a scam, she became super mad and said this was her job and how she fed her family, that she recieved $75 if she got a signature on the case.  She then proceeded to call my husband's work and ask the receptionist if he was there.  She told "Amber Smith" that she could no answer that question.  Amber Smith called me back saying that his secretary had told her that he was at work and she'd be there in a few hours to serve him papers.  I called security at my husband's work and they said that no one would be allowed not only near him but onto the property period.  I think it's a buge scam.  She also said she'd come to my house to get a signature, too bad we have plan today and won't be there.  These people are really starting to piss me off.  I have spent all morning trying to convince my husband that no one is coming to serve him, and that there is no reason to serve him.  Amber Smith also claims that a court case can not be scheduled for him until he signs this paper.  I looked on our local court website to see if there was a case against him/us.  There wasn't.  Imagine that.  Hope no one gets served, I'll add on here later today to let everyone know what happens.

i just receuved the same call, well he left a voice message. Say the same thing..only this time he said that he was in my area...would come pass my home, if i had dogs i need toput them up...and he said that he would try back or come to my job and i will need to have a supervisor sign papers. i called the number back, but no one picked-up.

Got a call on my voicemail from Michael Mason.  He called yesterday saying I had 48 hours to call back 888-302-5835 or they will serve me papers and to have a photo id with a witness presence.  He said they will come to my residence or my place of employment.  In order to place a stop to them coming to my office or residence I needed to call them back at the number above and give em my reference number they provided.  When I didn't call yesterday he called today called saying they will be at my place of employment tomorrow between 2-4 or my residence.  Guess I will see tomorrow if this is legitimate.

I got a call today from a restricted number telling me to call this number and he gave me a case number... the man identified himself as Mr. Wattner (watner?) he said he was a local courier in my area and was going to be delivering court papers to me soon, he said if he couldn't get a hold of me he would go to my work and get my supervisor to sign off on them (i am guessing he means on the delivery of the papers which an supervisor wouldn't even do...) I have been a stay at home mom for the last 4 years... and they dont have my current address and i am not about to give it to them. He told me to call this number and gave me a case number... Even though i know its a scam i blocked my number and called anyway and it routed me to delta college in Joaquin county in California... the lady had no idea what i was talking about and said the number i had dialed wasn't one of their numbers... i double checked the number and it was dialed correctly so i am not sure what is going on.

I have also gotten calls about a month ago saying similar things from a women named Cassidy (she also claimed to be Rachel)

I also had a women Named Cassidy call me and tell me the same crap... she was rude and never showed up to deliver papers to me... she claimed she was at my work but i have been a stay at home mom for 4 years... the info she has is old. You are the first person i see where some one talked to someone with the same name...

I keep getting calls from these guys that says it's a court summons and I need to be home for them to deliver it. They refuse to speak to my spouse about it. It's very annoying.. as it's causing issues. I don't owe anyone anything.

Just got a call from a RESTRICTED number.  He informed me that he had confidential papers that needed to be delivered to me and I needed to sign for them.  He wouldn't tell me what they were or who they were from.  He just gave me a telephone number to call - 888.302.5835 - and a case number.  This is a total scam.  He identified himself as Don Ramsdell and would not give me his telephone number.  Never give your money to these people!
