No message as to why they called.  Called the number they left and got a message to hold but message didn't say who they were or what they wanted.

GMAC, called 4 times in less than an hour. They called and told us we were late on our bill, which we are not & told us that the bill we were late on was with the wrong "Pay date" and the wrong amount due.   Don't give them your name or address!!  thanks.

1-800-727-5848 -- I received a bill from GC Services, P.O. Box 7820, Baldwin Park, CA 91706, in which they claimed that I owe $$$$$ from a so-called traffic violation way, way back in the 1990s. Then they started harrassment calls using 1-800-727-5848 under the guise of "Superior Court". A simple GOOGLE Search on "GC Services" and "1-800-727-5848" reveals that this company and the people that work for them are LIARS and have a track record of FRAUD. There needs to be a thorough legal investigation of this "GC Services" and "1-800-727-5848" by the appropriate authorities as this type of activity cannot continue by this fraudulent entity.

They Call and Call. 20-30 times a day. They are so annoying terrible customer service. GMAC should never contract out there services.

PRIVACY is why they only leave their name and phone number.  They could leave info on how much you owe and your due date for your "maid" to hear, but the privacy laws do not allow that.  Some states do not even allow the caller to leave the name of their company.

It is a company called GC Services that contracts their collection services to GMAC Finance! The main customer service number for GMAC is 800-200-GMAC. Call and ask for GC Services not to call you anymore! branch 677!

After putting the number in google, I realize it's my car payment that is late.  I'm 3 days past the due date.  And they are already calling me.
