A lady left a message to call this 888 number with a ref#.  Called at 7pm MST and got voice mail.  Won't leave a message.  I'll try again tomorrow.

Received call @ 8:55PST, had VM stating to call number but no reference information in message left.  Called back and got VM system after a few rings (called 2 minutes after the one I received) stating to leave a name, number, and reference number.  Left name and number, then called back... rang twice then got "all circuts are busy" message, hung up and called again: 2 rings and then busy signal.  Will try again in the morning.

Message left stating they wanted a call back in ref. to collection but I have over 800 credit score with no late payments. They did not say who they wanted to call them very generic. Very suspicious.

Same... I have a very good credit score and when I called back there was, "No account representitive available to take my call." They also called at 9:20pm MST.

Received half of a voicemail with nothing but a number. Seems suspicious. Called, but hung up right away.

Same - been called twice in a week even though the phone number was just issued brand new by Comcast. Claimed they are NCO Financials to collect debt. I also have great credit so did not call back

I have had four calls on this brand new number that I got a few months ago.  We have great credit; this seems suspicious to me.

They have been calling me for about two years. I finally called them and flat out said, "Don't Call Me again and I want to be removed from your Call List!!"
She was very rude on the phone, when I told her, but that is to be expected. My advice would be to just call them till they stop, someone needs to tell them this is NOT okay.

Called and identified as NCL financial. Stated we needed to call back regarding delinquent account. Action would be taken immediately. Called number twice, have left VM. Said to state ref #2026492, name & tel number. Did not leave name. Seems sketchy.

I keep getting calls with a name Lynn Edwards and a return number of 1-866-637-0271 from the number 1-888-305-9715.  No account number given in the message of any kind.  I never had a student loan, and if old debts anything past 7 yrs is uncollectable anyway.
Not sure what is the "game" from this company other than harassment and intimidation probably.  And...based on previously written info. I am not going to try to call back cause it seems like an exercise in futility.

NCO buys out old debts and then tries to collect upon them.  Much of their information is old and sketchy and they will call many numbers (whether they are right or not) harrassing people, even if the person does not exist at your location.  This is more than a sketchy debt collection service.

A recorded message whose beginning was cut off.  It says that this is a collections agency calling to get information and to please call Lee Ann Jackson back.  I should not have any money due on any student loans because I have not yet graduated and the re-payment period has not started yet.

They call with disturbing regularity, no name just a phone number. I've called it many times but I just get another recording saying everyone is busy call back later.

call from them once a month always different number but same voicemail, always leaves number but no other info.

Called number back.  Recording comes on and says, "This call may be monitored for quality purposes...the next available agent will be right with you".  Then another ring...another recording," I am sorry but all of our account represenatives are busy.  Please leave your name, claim number, and phone number after the beep and someone will get back to you."  I called back four times in about ten minutes I just left my phone number since I did not get a claim number on the pre-recorded voice told me to call the number.
