Spam cam. One person elsewhere said calling re Design Center and another -do you need more money? Text yes if so.

A woman asked for me by name and then identified herself as calling from the Design Center of Irvine. When I politely asked her why she was calling me, because my number is on the "Do Not Call" list, she said she did not know this. I told her that, legally, she is required to check this list before calling someone. She became belligerent and then hung up on me.

This number calls my home day and night leaving no message! Once, I had the chance to answer the phone no one spoke and they hung up. When we call back this number, it goes to VM and the mail box is always full.....How to best block this caller?

I also got a call from this creep, breathing heavy and very rude. He was saying he's a contractor and laughed when I told him I did not need anything from him and to not call again.

This number calls my home every morning leaving no message and when i got a chance to answer one morning no one spoke and they hung up. called back and the mail box is full..... pretty lame

Received a call from 714-209-8540, a company called Design Center...He said they were in the area giving estimates. I told them I was on the National Registery of Do Not Call List and not to call...He started arguring with me telling me not to hang up and listen to him. Finally I had to hang up he became to beligerent. Then called back on 818-300-2399, 3 times...I didn't answer the phone. I am going to report them to the FTC "Again"
