in desperation from medical bills, applied for a loan to help through "Christian" lending website.. It linked to this I guess with my application.  They contacted me.  I had no collateral so they offered to allow me to make the first few payments up front, which I could do.  I sent them the money.  They then came back and said I had reported the wrong mortgage amount on my application (which was incorrected because we had gone throught modification and the amount had changed, and was correct on the application)? and needed a little more money......stupid me,  sent it.  I decided not to go through with the loan and asked them to return the money sent - they told me they would deposit into my account on 03/31/2010 which is when (as stated in their contract) business transactions take place.  They now will not answer the phone and when you dial their number it is another call scam.  Have reported to the FBI and the bank fraud division.  This was from my own stupidity and desperation.  Husband had open heart surgery in the fall and was trying to pay back expenses and loans people had kindly offered me to get us through this tough time.   Oh, what a state we are in.  Ignorance is not bliss, just expensive.  I hope they understand that what goes around, comes around.....and I would not want to be on their receiving end of this when it hits them taking advantage of people in their times of need.

I applied for a loan on line, got a massage back from Timothy Mcclain to call him back at 1-888-306-4186 ext.284. I did and was told that if i wanted the loan amount that i requested for i had to make at least the first 5 payment, then the loan amount would be deposited to my account with in 24 hours..
He said he'll keep it open for 7 days, incase i change my mind and pay the the first 5 payment.
