How can we "pay the bill" if we don't have a bill to pay? I don't drive so why would an auto place call me for a bill I don't have and never will due to the fact I have no car. Never did, never will. So there.

I got a call from this number also. So many are writing that it is Citizens loan. I never had a laon with them and the two vehicles I do have are paid off, years ago.

Incoming Call from 888-306-9063 left a Voice Message.  Identified themselves as RBS Citizens Bank for a person who doesn't work at our company.  Immediately thought to be a junk call and added to our list of over 500 numbers that we do not answer or call back!

funny I ralked to citizens and they said it is nonody affiliated with them

they called my home,and my inlaws home too and wanted information, I do have a carloan with citizen which has been paid on time every month and I also had send a letter to citizen that I forbid them to contact me with collection calls, when I first opend the loan account with them, these clowns called before I even got my first payment bill so I stopped them right there. I dont know these people are ,but they spoke like a bunch of ghetto people and when I asked for a supervisor they hung up after stumbeling and muttering around. I called citizen bank right away and they said it is a scam.

dont knowwho it is. dont deal with citizens if thats who it is. i picked up & got a recording. after pressing "1" 3 times to speak with someone, i got an answering machine! i told them they have wrong # and to stop calling!

Called and said RBT or RBS Financial.  Asked for someone, said the individual was not expecting a call, but that the individual would know what they were calling about.

They called and hung up on our POB, so I returned the favor.

This company calls me and my wife several times a day.  We have a car loan through them and have never even been one day late on payments.  They usually don't leave a message, but actually called my work phone today and left a message just asking me to call, but not saying why.  It's very annoying.  I don't feel I should have to use my time (or my minutes) to call them back when they won't say why they are calling and I know we are on time with payments.  My wife is going to call the main number on our paperwork and complain about the harassment.

Had a voice mail (partial voicemail actually that just gave this phone number) that asked that someone call.  Googled the number and saw everyone here referring to a Citizens Bank auto loan.  I have never done business with Citizens Bank.  This afternoon, exact same voice-mail.

Ordinarily I would ignore the call but since others reporting here say that the calls will be relentless I called back to find out why they were calling me.  After a short wait someone got on the line and asked for my account number.  I explained that I didn't have an account number since I'd never done business with them.

Them: "Oh, then we just called a bad number"
Remus: "But this needs to stop and I don't want any more calls."
Them: "Oh, well if you give me the phone number we can find out what account that's tied to."

After a short wait the rep asked if I knew a Carmen Miranda or someone with a similar name.  

Remus: "Nope"
Them: "Then we'll block your number.  You won't get any more calls."

If they do call again I know exactly who to file a complaint against with the lending authorities.

These people are hilarious. They called to ask where I usually park my car because some how I accidentally wrote my check for $5 less than it should have been. You are seriously going to repo my car over $5? I've paid on time every month for the past 5 years. I now owe about 2 1/2 payments on the car and I get a call for $5. It costs more than $5 for the time they spent calling me 5 times a day for the past few weeks.

Just called the # back. It's a collection agency/bank. You may also get a call from them if you have a credit card w/RBS.

no, i have no late payments.  the payment is auto-drafted from checking.  they call and when i answer they just hang up.  from now on i won't answer and i think i will just block their number.

Hey I don't love working there, but there are many educated people, college degrees who just need a job to pay bills. It's a job people. Pay your bills and you wouldn't get the call. And just so you know, everyone's behavior is noted. So if you are having a hard time paying and need extensions, your behavior is on file. But hey do what you want....

this is citizens bank, usually in regards to loan. they call because you are past due. if you answer the phone and speak and tell them when the payment is made, the calls will stop until you are past due again. pay your bills people!

Called me several times per day.  When I answered and asked what they wanted, they asked me my name.  I said you are calling me, please identifiy yourself.  The person said she was calling from Citizens Bank. When I asked why, she said tell me your name and I will tell you why.  I said you are calling me, so you should know who I am.  She said give me your name and account number and I will tell you why I am calling.  Frickin' bizarre.  Bottem line, they call you but don't know why???

This is a number for Citizen's Bank.  We have an auto loan with them.  If payment is one day late they start calling and calling.  I have had as much as 3 calls in one day.  Then they call the next day.  Most people know they are late and will make payment as soon as possible.  I can see a bank calling if the loan goes past 30 days late.  They are just rude the way they practice.  I will never do anything else with this bank.

I received  a call from this number saying similar things posted below...late car payment, confirmed address and amount but I didn't give out any info. When I confirmed that my payment was made on my bank website, I called them back and they tried to get my SS# but I wouldn't give it and asked to speak to a supervisor. They got nasty and I decided to hang up. I then called the phone number that Citizens has on their statements, which was different, and they confirmed that they NEVER make phone calls on late accounts!!!!! SCAM!!!! Glad I was one up on them :)

I really do not understand why anyone takes the actual number of an alleged company calling them to mean anything. You can go look up 888-306-9063. Some of said that it's Citizen Financial or whatever. It doesn't really matter. Anyone can spoof any number that they want with whatever ID they want. So just because it reads 888-306-9063 does not mean that it is.

Is it likely illegal for them to due this (represent themselves as someone else to collect a debt). Of course it is. Do they care in the slightest? No, because what they are doing is already illegal.

I called and the person said she was with citizens bank. She wanted my account inof but I said no and hung up.

Citizens Finance, I have a car loan with them. They have very poor book keeping habits.....you can make a payment at the local branch and some times they will hold it for 3-4 business days so they can charge you a late fee. Dirty lender :(

This is a florist directory. They have called me every single day for the past 6 days asking for a woman who doesn't even live at my address and doesn't use my phone number. They keep calling back every time a different person and I tell them all she doesn't live here. They also say the call is being monitored at the end of the call, not before an operator answers.

I continue to get these calls when my payment is one day late.  A few months ago I finally answered the phone because I couldn't stand the ringing anymore - I was 3 days late, within my grace period.  The lady was very rude and wanted to know "exactly why I was late" - what my excuse was, and re-verified my address.  I asked her why she wanted to re-verify my address, was she coming to repossess my car??  She said it was standard procedure for anyone who was 3+ days late.  They NEVER leave a message and are aholes in my opinion so now I just don't answer when I see the number.

i have an auto loan through citizens bank, and get harassed monthly by these people. i never again will have a vehicle financed through these people, they are rude, have no inter office communication, and are very unprofessional.

This is the consumer counseling center for Citizens. After many calls asking for another family member (who doesn;t live here or have this phone number), I called them. Very rude and hung up on me so my suspicions were raised after googling this number. I called the local Citizens office who called the number and confirmed it is Citizens, it is legit, and they are the consumer counseling center. Now what the call is about I don't know since "it was personal"  Maybe they want the business back since the loan was paid off last month!

I have no idea who this is.
