This number is NOT a scam!  They were able to assist with my Sprint account for my small  business.  They make it easier to deal with Sprint instead of having to call and wait on hold and be transferred a multitude of times.  My representative was able to take a load off of my shoulders by assisting myself and my employees with our Sprint needs.  If you don't need the help, that's on you, but I love having a direct line of communication with someone since I depend on my cellular phones to run my business.

A lady called me and said, "Hello this is Ivy just call from Sprint Solution...please give me a call back at 678-578-4054 regard to your business sprint account.... please do call...and thank you for being with Sprint Solution..." I looked up the number but it did not come up with anyone nor any business, NO where near Sprint. Sounds like a scam to me!

Got a call from this number saying they were my designated small business contact person for my Sprint account. The woman identified herself as Sarah Hanchon with Sprint Small Business Customer Relations and then asked for my account pin number. She gave me the number 888-313-2296 ext 8258. I hung up and immediately contacted Sprint about this and they confirmed this was very suspect and probably a scam as they NEVER make those types of calls, which I can confirm I've never had from Sprint.

Be very careful this is a professional identity theft operation. They know a little too much about you but the way you can find out is that they keep telling you info and want you to confirm it. Just be careful they're the best I've seen. Someone needs to investigate those b*****ds
