i received a call from an Adam Cohen & has not stopped calling me no matter how many times i tell him i do not know the person they are looking for. I really do not know who they are looking for. They call in the morning, late in the evening, until today I finally said to him, this is the 700th time i have received a call from you, it is illegal to harrass me in the manner since i do not know who you are calling for, he said "tomorrow will be the 701th time i call you" and hung up. i called the number back and spoke to a Larry Dennis who claims to be a supervisor, & told him i will get my attorney involved if i get one more phone call & stated that he will remove me from the list.

This caller is calling friends, family and our home and won't stop, can someone tell us who it is please?

Difficult to hear: Mr. Carp (?) from CPC (?), in reference to Petney (?) case number xxxxx.  Wants our version of the story (what story?) before writes up case next week. Is this a collections scam?

THIS PLACE IS RELENTLESS. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OR ARRANGE PAYMENT PLANS. THEY ARE AWFUL. MR KARP IS A PATHETIC EXAMPLE OF A HUMAN BEING. HE WILL

I got two calls from this number. He left a message saying it was Mr. Carp (maybe) from CPC and that he wanted to get my side of the story before his case on Monday referencing case number "River 287982".  I don't believe it for a minute.

I also have been harrassed by this ignorant excuse of a human being. My advice to anyone is to not deal with anyone from this company. Especially dont set up any arrangements they will take more than they say and then when your E-payment gets returned for insufficient funds they will threaten you with writing bad checks across state lines. I also hope you endure every kind of hardship life can throw at you. And after that I also hope you rot in hell.

i recieved a call from this number and reported it to the toll free 800 number of the haster law office.  they dsid not have my number on their files and do not know how adam cohen got it and that he did not have permission to call and harras me.  he told me that he had the lawerers number for the person he was calling about he did not know the number or the name of the lawer.  he is calling about a meeting on christmas eve of all times.  he yelled at me told me the name on the person for case river 287-982 and wanted to know how i got it.  he was a rude liar who finally hung up on me so i called the law office and that man hung up on mealso i later spoke to a nicer lady who said my number was not a contact number and they make sure this man did not call me again.  i have a dog who is going to die soon and i do not have time for this idiot.centra

This is the same guy that called me I unfortunately have a credit card balance of 734.91 from gottchalks but was offered a settlement from nco financial and i took it know a year later these people call me telling me that i owe them money and if I don't pay them i will be sued and have my wages garnished and bank accounts levied.They even offered me payment arrangements. This guy was so rude and honestly made me cry. I immediately called a bankruptcy attorney they said creditors are trying everything know to get their money. I'm seriously considering Bankruptcy at this point because these creditors offer settlements and later on you still have the debt and some.

Got a call from this guy twice now. Said he was a Mr. Cohen representing attorney Lisa Haster. After a little bit of research, I found out that his name is Adam Cohen, and he is a lowly assistant to Ms. Haster. Her office is in Suite 340, while two other collection companies are located in adjacent suites. This is a complete joke. They are rude and try to make you think you are in legal trouble. I'm looking forward to this fight.

I answered and they wouldn't identify what company they were, so I didn't tell "Mrs. Ortise" who I was. She called 2 more times so I gave my phone to my 18 month old, to have some fun( ha ha )I then told her I would call her back when my fam.was done with dinner. I got 2 more calls from the same #, the 5th call I answered again, there was a guy calling now and telling me to "put the bi*** or the one who wears the pants in the fam. on the phone". I WILL FIND OUT WHO WAS CALLING MY 18 MONTH A BI***..........
